今晚試咗依間喺北角匯地下嘅自助燒牛扒專門店🥩佢有唔同嘅部位可揀,重量都可以自~自己去櫃枱嗌嘢食,店員姐姐頗有性格,愛理不理,嗌嘢食好似阻住佢做嘢咁,難搞🙃嗌完嘢食後,姐姐就會即刻從凍櫃拎出牛扒,輕輕一切然後將牛扒放上磅磅重⚖️可惜容人睇唔到究竟有幾重,唯有相信😉✴️200g 封門柳✴️店員預先會先煎扒到3成熟,再由熱石板煎熟🔥封門柳肉味較淡,不過質感幾好,記得要加鹽同燒汁食,會加返好多分🤟🏻✴️220g 肉眼牛扒✴️肉眼脂肪較多,肉質再柔軟啲~依塊肉眼幾厚身,如果唔鍾意太生嘅肉的話,記得要先切開一塊塊再煎熟,否則到最後塊板就唔夠熱,會煎唔熟🙈

肉眼脂肪較多,肉質再柔軟啲~依塊肉眼幾厚身,如果唔鍾意太生嘅肉的話,記得要先切開一塊塊再煎熟,否則到最後塊板就唔夠熱,會煎唔熟🙈
