話說今日同屋企人四個喺港島區玩完之後,大家心血來潮見咁早,又趁平日啲人未咁早放工,就拿拿聲去長沙灣一直想食嘅大中華啤一啤佢,去到大約七點左加,人流好彩唔算多,所以都好快搵到位坐。首先一嚟就當然兩支啤啤佢先啦... 聽人講呢間嘢好出名,撞正我哋都好耐無食過大排檔,咁就啱喇,最後叫咗四個小菜四個人食:椒鹽骨拼酥炸大腸、小炒王、燒鵝半隻、椒鹽白飯魚、白飯,我諗都好夠。因為客唔多,所以啲嘢食好快都陸續上枱喇~~~ 首先一黎燒鵝半隻,見到佢賣相都唔錯,已經急不及待試下,佢嘅燒鵝賣相都幾靚仔,但入口時外皮唔算脆身比較偏淋,而肉質我覺得一般未算去到好好食,可能前嗰排試過喺荃灣一間幾出名嘅燒味鋪試過佢個燒鵝,有用荔枝柴去燒,所以真係香得黎又皮脆肉嫩,不過唔緊要啦,味道都算唔錯。跟手到小炒王,基本上每個大排檔都有佢獨特嘅小炒王,呢間嘅小炒王有韭菜花、腰果、有的菇同魚仔等等,炒得都好夠鑊氣都好好食,而且即叫即炒好夠熱,送飯一流,不過如果有大大條嘅蝦乾就更加正。之後到椒鹽骨併炸大腸,呢個雙拼份量恰到好處,又唔會太大碟驚食唔晒,所以呢個份量啱啱好,椒鹽骨好食,都話永遠即炸即食係最香口,佢就做到呢個效果,好食!
