筆者介紹:人稱「肥佬B」,自2009年加入openrice,一直以openrice用作bookmark餐廳用途。踏入三十之年,心廣體胖嘅我quota遞減,故每逢可以出街食飯定必事前做足功課,以免浪費quota,希望透過寫食評同大家分享飲食心得和介紹我嘅口袋餐廳。作為新界仔嘅我,更與女友相約「每月港島一餐」,有興趣就即刻follow我啦!同女友去完灣仔婚展,行去碼頭坐船吹下海風過尖沙咀食飯,原本book左一間係諾士佛台任飲任食嘅清bar,點知上到去一個客都無,即刻調頭走。係尖沙咀遊蕩左半個鐘,間間唔係要等位就係唔啱食,諗諗下不如直接行過去莊士倫敦廣場,貪佢多野食呀嘛!先上蒲頭島,點知我地想食個餐賣哂,唯有下次啦,所以就直飛落8樓食好一鍋!我之前已經寫過旺角好一鍋食評,所以對呢度都好有信心!搭正八點呢d時間真係坐滿人,如果唔搭檯就要等,但我地太餓了,搭檯就搭檯啦!一張大圓檯本應坐8個,宜家對面坐兩個,我地又兩個,所以都算好鬆動舒適!醬油架任你混醬!order紙同旺角店一樣,都係多元化,選擇多!先講肥牛!呢度d牛真係好高質!有兩款,分別係美國肥牛同手切肥牛,美國肥牛油脂較多,油香重!手切肥牛

先講肥牛!呢度d牛真係好高質!有兩款,分別係美國肥牛同手切肥牛,美國肥牛油脂較多,油香重!手切肥牛就瘦d,肉味濃d,各有各喜好,我自己就鐘意美國!前後叫左6碟,碟碟色水都好靚!

叫海蝦有秘訣!因為每次落單都只會俾人頭份量,所以我每次叫野食都順手叫埋海蝦,咁當有一定數量先一次過淥,一黎可以令鍋底乾淨d唔洗次次淥完潷走d紅油,二黎對手只需污糟一次!哈哈!鐘意食蝦嘅朋友可以試下呢個方法!
