平時好少食沫茶主題嘅菜式,今次同朋友專程黎試下。先點左冷抹茶蕎麥麵,麵質煙韌,非常有口感。將啲小配料加入碗冷麵汁,將麵浸完入口味道唔濃亦唔淡,仲有啲野咬下,配菜中仲有酸蘿蔔令人開胃。雖然沫茶味唔算突出,但麵質同味道都已經抹茶半月布丁,睇落平平無奇,一入口沫茶味好濃厚,布丁質感整得恰到好處,食完都覺得好surprised!抹茶蕨餅,配上沫茶粉同黑糖醬,甜甜地又唔太膩,彈牙口感岩岩好,擺盤上睇得出廚師嘅心機。香港限定芭菲,呢杯甜品分左好多層,每層都各有口感。頂頂係沫茶雪糕,之後陸續會食到湯圓,蕨餅,草莓等配料,食食下會發覺由濃郁綠茶味慢慢轉淡,淡味又返酸酸甜甜嘅配料。飲品點左焙茶牛奶,茶香都好出,加上牛奶令杯飲品好滑。選擇凍飲時建議少冰,因為放耐左啲冰融左可能令茶香淡左。
