(點咗勁多嘢,但食評內最多只可上傳12張相,其他嘅請參閱「相片」)龍舟隊隊友嘅家族生意,認識佢之前已幫襯過多次,無論黃埔店定鑽石山都試過,帶家人或工作帶日本遊客都嚟過,有不少回憶。一向我會點醉雞,佢個酒底真係好好味,酒味濃,偏少少甜,記得我媽媽試過忍唔住飲哂個汁,哈哈哈。首次配豬手,爽口彈牙,冰涼清爽,充滿膠質,口感層次豐富比醉雞更過隱。遇到靚皮蛋同遇到靚仔單身港男一樣萬中無一,呢個流心皮蛋真係好食到有高潮眼,個汁調味一流,甜甜哋,男神級冷盤。其他前菜仲點咗肴肉同手拍黃瓜,另外仲有店主送嘅拔絲燈影蓮藕同自家製香辣薯片。好似比以前退步咗少少,瘦咗少少,有少少柴皮,份量也偏少。點咗小籠包同生煎包,呢度唔係主打包點,但絕對合格有餘,甚至比唔少專門店更好。小籠包皮薄新鮮。相反生煎包唔係祥興記嗰種薄皮嘅,而係一般酒樓食到嗰樣唐包包皮,但佢又比一般酒樓點心個皮薄一半左右,所以唔會太頂胃。嚟自娃娃菜的甜味令整個菜非常清甜,姐姐仲建議我哋飲咗個湯先剪開隻雞,否則會太油,真係細心。雖然是湯煮,但雞仍能保持嫰滑。松子魚就比較普通咗少少窩巴係自家製,一大片上枱,望落勁似豪大大雞扒。鬆脆有米香。用嚟點原本配嘅
