好朋友生日,禮物就免喇,一黎怕唔啱用,實質係懶得諗,所以同佢食餐好嘅代替。銅鑼灣Cubus出名多高級餐廳,其中鮨金和食料理係當中高質素之餘性價比亦較高嘅日本菜,佢除左有刺身壽司之外,亦有和牛Shabu Shabu。鮨金嘅店面比好多鮨店都要大,佢一邊係壽司吧檯,另一邊係普通餐枱,對於人多嘅食客傾偈會方便啲。朋友鍾意食魚生,而鮨金嘅刺身/壽司廚師發辦套餐就有三個唔同價位,由最平$1,098到最貴$1,798,我地揀左最貴嘅套餐彩雲($1,798),佢包左24道菜,當中包括10款刺身同6款壽司/卷物,相比起好多高級鮨店都抵食。前菜 - 先黎三式前菜,最前面山芋蓉配水雲,山芋蓉本身冇乜味,不過配左下面嘅酸汁就好開胃,上面再放左三文魚籽點綴,下面嘅水雲有啲似髮菜。酸酸地好開胃。右上角係玉子豆腐,好滑溜,上面係黑魚子。左上角係黑梅背煮蘿蔔,黑梅貝有啲似東風螺,蘿蔔好腍冇渣。蟹肉蒸蛋 - 蒸蛋熱辣辣仲好滑,入面除左蟹肉仲有有冬菇、蝦同白果。師傅準備緊刺身時,可以先食啲醃菜,我最鍾意辣蒜頭,好惹味。室津蠔 - 生蠔超肥美,海水味適中,非常新鮮,食之前可以落少少青檸汁。左口魚 - 哩碟刺身分左兩個部份,
