小編又去銅鑼灣「酒鍋」食過返尋味啦! 店舖座落於V Point嘅27樓高層, 可飽攬維港嘅無敵大海景打邊爐, 真係幾時幾刻都覺得咁有feel~😎 食火鍋前先混個醬~ 醬料有12款之多!👏🏻 一見到醉生夢鍋($368)就諗起「醉生夢死」呢個成語, 醒著嘅時候就像喝醉一樣~ 一試就5款湯底,真係令我有醉生夢死嘅感覺!😂 除咗主角酒燒龍蝦黑松露芝士, 還有花膠黃油雞、肉骨茶、四川麻辣和沙嗲。 每格湯底都材料十足, 有大大塊花膠,既滋潤又養顏花膠雞湯底, 肉骨茶養生補氣, 四川麻辣辣而不嗆喉,仲有豆卜等吸湯食材, 辣得過癮!👍🏾 沙嗲湯微辣惹味,花生香十足! 最後仲有超邪惡嘅黑松露芝士鍋, 有點像芝士火鍋Fondue嘅食法, 香濃「芝」味~ 二人海鮮拼盤($368) 有海中蝦、花甲、蟶子和扇貝, 全部都超新鮮! 打邊爐食海鮮,「酒鍋」嘅新鮮度稱得上數一數二! 以冰鎮保持着海鮮嘅新鮮, 海中蝦超爽彈, 花甲洗得乾淨,沒半點沙, 蟶子鮮甜有嚼勁, 扇貝超大隻,咬開後還保留一絲絲嘅口感,鮮味十足!😋 掛架頂級安格斯牛頸脊($188) 雪花均勻嘅牛頸脊整齊地排列着, 份外覺得誘人
