朋友住大埔,廣福道嗰邊出名多野食,於是我哋就地揀左間好精緻,有風味嘅日本料理叫「一鳴」。佢有日本地道拉麵嘅小店格局,最近廚師嘅Bar枱唔少得之飾,連拉麵嘅餐牌都係好細心有好多選擇俾你:湯底有四款,因為第一次食就叫左佢「招牌一鳴豬骨湯」麵料:直麵/太麵(曲)麵質:軟/普通/硬餸:叉燒/豬軟骨蔥:少/普通/多/走蔥上面嘅你任揀都唔怕錯,但以下選項,我好想建議你:一定要試!!就係 「唐辛醬:辣椒🌶️/🌶🌶/🌶🌶🌶」!!我同朋友都揀左兩隻🌶🌶,我哋都覺得岩岩好,好惹味,尷尬的說,我地成個湯飲哂🙈。另外我地仲叫左,「海鮮五品御好燒」同「明太子章魚燒」。御好燒個軟硬程度岩岩好,醬汁恰到好處,不太甜(我最怕好甜)。章魚燒勁嘅位係,佢個皮熱辣辣,脆脆的,但入面係軟心,口感好好。明太子醬惹味當然同章魚燒係絕配,大家真心要試!
