經常途經此店,一早鎖定到訪。我們都點了招牌花膠雞湯,米線轉薯粉,友人那碗加十個大洋轉雞髀。雞湯醇厚順香,啖啖精華,好舒服。數塊花膠不算細塊,滑溜溜的,滿滿骨膠原!雞肉貌似扎實,其實就算不是雞髀亦奇滑無比,雞皮更透出濃濃雞味,極度的滋味!薯粉晶瑩剔透,跟蟲草花一滑一爽,超好食!兩款小食有明太子釀雞翼與及金磚豆腐。飽滿的雞翼釀有不少的明太子,鹹香油潤,雞皮香脆,蘸沙律醬食,大滿足!而金磚豆腐表皮酥脆之餘,落的味粉恰到好處,直接升鮮!最神級的是豆腐竟然水嫩得似豆腐花,太棒了!至於兩杯飲品卻是過淡,可以略過。戀上了,超凡雞湯!
