To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不愧係招牌!!!✅皮薄✅多汁✅肉餡正,全部都好掂,特別鐘意佢個餡唔係死落肥肉,啲餡都仲係咬落好鬆,湯汁好好飲一滴都唔想哂🤩

腸粉好滑夠薄身(透哂入面啲餡!!),仲有米漿嘅香味,包住類似春卷嘅脆脆同蝦,咁嘅配搭冇可能唔好食🥰

超好食😭😭點知會有咁好食嘅野😭外層係超薄嘅炸粉,炸得好靚仔,夾起覺得好似硬硬地,點知食落一咬就脆,食到熱辣辣好幼滑嘅豆腐,啲鹹蛋黃碎仲好惹味清哂見碟底😂

一定要留肚食!!!依個真係今次食嘅top 1🌟成盅上好似燩湯咁, 就咁睇已經見個湯金黃色好清冇雜質,上枱香到成枱都聞到,個湯吸盡瑤柱金華火腿既精華,灌湯餃爆餡好足料

呢個好有驚喜!!!平時見到嘅粢飯都係蒸多,估唔到煎嘅係咁好食😍外層好似煎飯團,入面口感又黏黏地,加埋墨魚子畫龍點精令到成個味道更豐富❤️

壓軸豪埋佢叫個鮑魚和牛combo🤑鮑魚煮得好腍夠入味,一口size黎講都算大,同埋和牛酥一齊食大滿足🤩

點心方面大致上分為HK$40多元至HK$60多元以我們當日點餐為例~
春風得意腸粉HK$68內裹是包封油炸鬼,所謂外軟內脆來應用很是貼切~
蜜汁叉燒酥HK$55酥皮鬆化加入豐满义燒餡席上老人家倒滿意~
這個海鮮芋角HK$55又係另一道香口食品,泡炸得酥脆可口,現今的飲茶店舖不是每一家都有得吃真是很難得~
婆参菜心鍋貼HK$65這個自己就沒有試,
所以不予置評~
對於面前的鮮蝦餃Hk$68自己就覺得中規中矩沒有突出咁,雖則蝦餃皮尚算晶瑩~
選唱自己就覺得最喜歡還是這一個脆皮雞半隻HK$280.不過問心份量真是細了一點,有可能這隻是一隻妙齡雞而且正在發育中、肉質軟滑剛好雞皮上色亮麗入口皮脆~
羗米鮮蟹肉蛋白炒飯HK$278.平平無奇而且自己就真是嚐不到有蟹肉味道,可能/或者真的已經拆碎到細無可細~
帶子蒸燒賣Hk$65個人反而覺得幾滿意,豬肉爽身有口感,薄薄的帶子令燒賣一個平平無奇的點心帶出另一番鮮味~
瑤柱菜苗餃HK$65.飽滿正常,菜肉比例六四分賬、自己對莱苗餃情有獨鍾,所以比分亦會比得鬆手~
這一籠香菇鯪魚球Hk$48就奉勸各位千祈不要點,又細又就珍、好像硬將未夠量的鯪魚球搓成一籠,搞到自己要的剔高眼鏡望清真偽~
整體上吃的食物還多只是挑上部份來跟食友分享、出品大部份都是中規中矩沒有太大驚喜,
價位來說已酒店名聲算是貼地、如果在佐敦/油麻地一帶多人聚會的平均消費都划算,
食評中還有數款點心怪我未能為大家一一評價,近排由於全港陷入疫情病緊急之時、怪自己未能集中精神一面寫一面評價,
希望事情快些平息令全球都得以安穩、搵食才真正得到快樂。
