Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 之前諗住即日訂位,點知真係fully booked。今次預早一星期book位,終於可以喺週末嘆到米芝蓮一星的午茶🫖順帶一提,呢個真係好適合打卡📷 天花嘅射燈角度啱啱好射住食物, 唔似其他餐廳啲燈光打落塊面,所以啱晒出片打卡🌚 枱與枱嘅距離好闊,位置鬆動,聲浪又唔嘈吵,坐得好舒服😀至於服務,見到有不少評語話服務一般,不過今日親身感受覺得唔錯啵!侍應周不時就會幫我哋加水、斟茶,好細心。🥢蜂巢芋角外皮酥脆,芋角餡豐富,芋泥幾滑,不過唔夠熱。🥢筍尖鮮蝦餃蝦餃皮煙靭有咬口,每粒都包得差唔多大小,外型非常精緻。鮮蝦大大隻,爽口彈牙。 蝦餃在配上豆瓣醬太美味了,一人食晒一籠都唔夠!逸東軒完美演繹了何謂皮薄餡靚的蝦餃。🥢薑蔥牛柏葉牛柏葉的大細切到啱啱好,爽口唔韌,配上薑絲感覺好清新。🥢生拆蟹粉小籠包小籠包嘅皮薄得來又唔會易穿,內裏啖啖都係蟹粉又juicy。美中不足的是有少少蟹殼,雖然係可吞,不過有少少扣分。🥢豉汁蒸鳳爪好入味既,對於鍾意食煙靭鳳爪皮的,這個應該不錯。不過我個人鍾意煮到腍晒、溶溶爛爛嗰種,這裏的對我來說有點不夠腍。🥢蛋白杏仁茶湯圓杏仁茶唔會太甜和芝麻湯圓都唔係太甜,剛剛好。推薦!🥢一品點心拼(蝦仁燒賣、龍蝦黃耳餃、海參帶子菜苗餃)蝦仁燒賣的豬肉爽口,唔會實啲啲龍蝦黃耳餃個燒賣皮可能太大塊有啲韌,個餡好食海參帶子菜苗餃皮薄餡靚,推薦!🥢招牌叉燒腸粉腸粉滑溜,叉燒有蜜糖味,正常發揮🥢原隻鮑魚蟹肉灌湯餃有隻細細隻嘅鮑魚仔,個湯鮮甜。餃子雖然大大隻,但係個餡幾細。非常推薦逸東軒的午茶!不過價錢始終唔平,都係留返特別節日先會嚟🙂‍↕️ continue reading

呢間酒店其實幾吊腳, 油麻地地鐵站出都要行五至七分鐘以上. 去到reception, 帶位嘅女仔都算係幾有禮貌. 一坐低一位男士就過嚟問我飲咩茶我正在諗緊嘅時候佢即刻話畀我聽佢哋有啲咩茶可以選擇咁都幾醒目嘅,由於我係訂咗dining city嘅套餐,個侍應問我係咪想食呢個套餐嘅時候我有啲奇怪,佢話其實我都可以選擇食其他嘢嘅. 好訂得你嗰餐等我諗住食呢個餐啦咁就冇再改,你要問我飲唔飲酒,咁我就約佢畀個酒單我睇吓,咁有一個疑似係事走私嘅人過嚟畀咗個ipad我教我點樣點酒. 最後我揀咗一杯布斤地嘅紅酒.呢個套餐係498蚊一位,包括前菜,有叉燒燒腩仔同埋一個醬茄子. 之後有一個杏汁白肺湯,兩弄水晶蝦球,鮑汁花菇炆鵝掌,魚湯浸時梳,瑤柱蛋白松子炒飯,萬壽果雪耳糖水蒸馬拉糕.叉燒夠腍厚切醃得比較淡口.燒腩仔好好食個皮係鬆脆,啲豬肉仲有肉汁👍杏汁白肺湯唔夠熱,好濃嘅杏仁味,蝦球兩食都做得唔錯,一種蝦有兩種口感,花菇好厚身,鵝掌炆得好入味, 魚湯浸時蔬嘅魚湯,好鮮甜,炒飯乾身唔多油,木瓜糖水夠滋潤.整體上都係好食. continue reading

嚟到佐敦逸東軒飲茶 食午餐 第一樣就嚟咗叉燒酥 味道一般唔係太好食跟住之後就叉燒燒腩仔 燒味ok跟住之後就係春捲腸粉好脆好好味 然後 係蝦腸 一路水準都幾好,所以都叫多咗兩籠跟住就係帶子餃好好味另一個 同埋菜苗餃 就一般仲有就係重點之一嘅 花膠雞腳白肺湯~真係超級好飲跟住嗌咗兩個小菜 都冇乜特別不過不失砂鍋煲咁就係魚嚟嘅 同埋上湯菜苗上湯豆苗 跟住就嗌咗個甜品楊枝甘露好好味 咁不過價錢當然都幾貴以前都覺得幾好食嘅,但係呢最近水準好似就冇以前咁好味 continue reading
