本來說好每年情人節都要到旺角花園餐廳慶祝的,很好奇這樣幫襯下去要等到哪一年,我們才可以坐回當年的卡座。今年的情人節來點小調動,午餐選在躍升二星的欣圖軒。店內可以望見星光大道,兩個人坐在L型梳化,自成一角,非常舒服。店方對玉石情有獨鍾,餐具多選用玉器,牆上掛了一幅以黑白黃三色小鈕扣加大頭針釘成的梅花畫作,剛好跟餐牌上的梅花圖互相輝映。店員自信優雅有活力,給客人很好的印象,就像放在檯前的菊花,令人賞心悅目。晶瑩筍尖鮮蝦餃$80/四件,賣相飽滿整齊,底部墊了薄薄的紅蘿蔔片,夾起來不易黏底。餃皮薄而彈牙,內裡的蝦仁算不上十分爽口,但帶點湯汁的濕潤感。孜然和牛生煎包很小巧,每個只有兩寸半大,包底微微煎過,每一口都嚐到濃濃的中東異國色彩。和牛和菇片香氣濃郁,還有洋蔥和少量黑椒。後來有去了解,包身表面灑上的孜然粉,又名阿拉伯茴香,通常用來配常肉,難怪有異國情調,那個味道於口腔久久不散,可以想像有多濃厚。極品三式海鮮餃盛惠$158,包括長腳蟹肶菜苗餃、川椒蝦籽星斑餃和金箔燕液龍蝦餃。個人最欣賞龍蝦餃,淺黃色的餃皮很有春天的感覺,黃色來自韮黃,味道很清香,配上燕窩的爽口感,感覺很特別。單看名字的話,長腳

單看名字的話,長腳蟹肶菜苗餃是我最期待的,不過實物出來的賣相不算吸引,蟹肉皺皺的乾巴巴,味道甚至被菜搶過。最後的川椒蝦籽星斑餃用蝦仁做basee,頂部再配上魚塊和薑絲,感覺有點普通。
