話說呢晚約咗個朋友睇戲,咁睇戲前就先食餐飯~於是就揀咗喺我屋企附近嘅呢間餐廳。唔敢食太飽,驚睇睇吓戲瞓著咗,所以就少少哋叫咗三道菜就算~🫢🫢·蔥油青瓜海蜇🥒🥒呢個蔥油同平時食燒味飯嗰啲蔥油有啲唔同,個油係用咗麻油,溝埋好flash嘅青瓜一齊食,青瓜嘅味道即刻多咗一份層次感。本來以為咁大塊海蜇食落去會淡而無味,點知溝埋呢個咁特別嘅麻油同埋芝麻,每一啖都充滿住麻油嘅香氣,食落又覺得幾惹味啵~·杭州東坡肉🐖🐖你以為東坡肉一定係肥膏?其實東坡肉真係有肉㗎~😆呢個東坡肉係咪杭州嚟我就唔知,不過每一舊東坡肉都係一半肥膏搭一半瘦肉,再配合埋惹味嘅秘製醬汁,開胃之餘仲帶有一陣陣嘅油香。將一舊東坡肉放入熱辣辣又軟綿綿嘅包包入面,再放入少少葱同少少薑絲,一口咬落去,東坡肉嘅油香同包包嘅甜香頓時混成一體,就算啖包已經吞咗落肚,口入面仍然充滿住嗰陣油香。·甜酸大海蝦炸脆麵🥘🥘喺香港要食到鐵板脆麵嘅地方真係少之又少,今次仲要食到一個藝術感爆登既鐵板脆麵,真係超級有驚喜呀!!😛當碟麵一上枱嘅時候,嘩!玩緊魔術呀?!🤔對筷子凌空咗嘅,究竟係點樣做到㗎?!🤔望住長長嘅炸麵條俾兩隻木筷子高高咁吊咗上嚟,我心諗⋯⋯點食呀

甜酸大海蝦炸脆麵🥘🥘
喺香港要食到鐵板脆麵嘅地方真係少之又少,今次仲要食到一個藝術感爆登既鐵板脆麵,真係超級有驚喜呀!!😛當碟麵一上枱嘅時候,嘩!玩緊魔術呀?!🤔對筷子凌空咗嘅,究竟係點樣做到㗎?!🤔望住長長嘅炸麵條俾兩隻木筷子高高咁吊咗上嚟,我心諗⋯⋯點食呀?!😅不過睇嚟我呢位少年實在太年輕啦~🫢店員係呢個時候即刻拎起咗碗紅紅橙橙嘅醬汁,由上至下、由左至右咁淋喺碟麵嘅每一個角落,再用一把大鉸剪將炸麵一下一下咁剪開,原本掛喺木筷子上面既炸麵慢慢咁變成咗一個又一個脆麵磚,估唔到食碟麵都咁有心思,加分加分~嗱嗱聲夾返個炸麵試吓先~~😎
首先要讚下呢個炸麵餅,又熱又脆又有蛋香,每咬一下都會有卡卡聲出嚟,真心高質。至於個汁呢,濃得嚟又唔太稀,甜甜酸酸有啲山楂味,中和咗個麵本身自帶嘅鹼水味,開胃到不得了!!😋大蝦仲勁,又大隻又新鮮,蝦肉爽口之餘重好有蝦味,食得出啲蝦係爆香過,配埋菠蘿同青紅椒,令我諗起我好鍾意食嘅咕嚕蝦球。成日都聽人講汁係一道菜嘅靈魂,今日就令我體驗到汁亦都係炸麵嘅伴侶。👥
