在荃灣南豐中心遇上「八月茶室」新分店,今晚就順路開餐。茶室裝潢平實簡潔,配上白色與卡其色,能予客人舒適感覺。茶室的餐牌給我印象像「餐納百家」,港、粤、川集於一室。椒鹽鮮魷~我們都喜歡惹味菜式,那又點少得香口的椒鹽鮮魷,香酥炸漿包裹爽脆鮮魷,會吃得一口接一口的。黃金脆皮蝦球~惹味菜式一不離二,啖啖肉的脆蝦球披上甘香金黃衣,送酒下飯都一流!芝麻黑糖醋骨~兩款惹味菜式同桌,雖然比較油膩少許,但這款川菜黑糖醋骨很能開胃解膩,滿滿的芝麻增添不少香味!鐵板燒汁牛肉炒烏冬~味道非常好又不太鹹的燒汁,為煙靭彈牙的烏冬添上更佳口感,鮮牛肉也吸收燒汁,是很完美的一碟炒烏冬。鹹魚雞粒炒飯~份量與味道都頗不錯,但鹹魚嫌略少啊!熱檸檬茶、熱朱古力、凍檸蜜,跟餐飲品有半價呀!
