約住大角咀的朋友食飯,佢極力推薦Sawadee Chef, 我也隨他來品嘗這特色中泰fushion 菜。 餐廳樓底高,設計時尚,空間寬敞,設有木餐枱、藤椅、植物擺設,增添泰式風情。前菜三款~清萊白肉,以四川菜蒜泥白肉的做法蒸煮五花腩,加入傳統泰式風味醬汁,帶有獨特酸香,十分醒胃泰式炸流心蛋,外層香脆,蛋黃流心,配上自家秘製酸子汁,混入乾蔥和椰糖,濃厚惹味泰國四角豆手撕雞沙律,有嫩滑雞胸肉、爽甜四角豆、及脆米,配以酸酸地嘅醬汁,味道好有層次主菜三款~足料特濃船麵,用新鮮豬血、豬筒骨、瘦肉及多款泰式香料熬煮湯底,香甜濃郁! 配料很豐富,有泰國製豬肉丸、泰國扎肉、豬雜、炸魚皮及滷水五花腩等。 另外金邊粉爽滑,浸在熱湯太久而不會變稀爛清邁咖喱雞腿麵,雞腿肉吸收濃郁的咖喱湯汁,湯頭香濃,麵質爽口而且掛湯咸蛋炸軟殼蟹,外層酥脆,咸蛋黃鹹香惹味,我同朋友好快就清咗一碟
