沾麵一般而言只會在日式餐廳出現,而泰式咖喱則大都配上薄餅或飯,將兩者合二為一創造出泰式沾麵可謂前所未見,而位於尖沙咀的泰沾麵ASURA正正開創先河,多次再訪質素保持穩定,值得推薦。泰式香煎帶子 ($138) 帶子表面略煎至焦香而中心保持鮮嫩,配以泰式醬汁酸甜微辣更加惹味。雞肉鑊氣炒河 ($98) 河粉質感煙韌爽滑而雞肉肉質彈牙,帶淡淡胡椒香並名副其實炒得充滿鑊氣。泰Duck生菜包 ($118) 傳統生菜包大都配以豬肉碎,這份取而代之選用鴨肉可謂前所未見,加入多種香料炒製酸辣惹味,不論口感或味道皆與豬肉碎別無二致,若然加入鴨油炒製應更有特色。青咖喱雞 ($158) 青咖喱以青辣椒、香茅、南薑等多種香料熬製,但由於加入椰漿調和故此整體辣度依然平易近人。泰式沾麵 ($18)除了白飯($18)之外沾麵亦是配咖喱的必點之選,沾麵幼滑冰涼介乎於米粉與米線之間,配以咖喱掛湯力一流,冷熱交融別具風味。芒果熱情果沙冰 ($55) 芒果與熱情果兩者味道平分秋色,酸甜清爽並不帶粗大冰粒。蝶豆花香茅梳打 ($42)梳打加入蝶豆花呈夢幻紫色,酸甜清爽並帶淡淡香茅味。
