鐵板燒大家可能食得多,以海膽為主題既鐵板燒你又試過未?近住柯士甸站呢間一直都好想食,完全係被十八海膽杯深深吸引住🥹坐喺bar枱仲可以直接望住師傅整野食一去到先飲杯有清新青檸味既蔘茶,之後即刻叫左十八層海膽杯 (一人前 $1,388),開頭當然唔少得一啲沙律🥗同前菜啦。▪️時令沙律薯仔沙律口感清新,仲有沙葛沙律,帶有柚子味,幾開胃▪️時令前菜櫻花蝦玉子既蛋好香滑,而日本桶蠔🦪充滿海水味,勁鮮甜跟住就係期待已久既海膽啦🤡▪️十八層海膽杯啲料勁多‼️首先燒白飯魚脆片連埋海膽一齊食係勁正入面仲有黑魚子、海葡萄🍇、帆立貝、牡丹蝦、明太子沙律、拖羅蓉、三文魚籽同松葉蟹肉等,每隔幾層中間仲有北海道紫海膽,除左好食,打卡都一流🫶🏼▪️活龍蝦(+$150)睇住師傅整既過程好過癮!分左兩食既龍蝦🦞一邊係龍蝦膏炒出黎既,另一邊係由芝士同海膽醬燒成既。新鮮啖啖肉,我個人中意食有芝士果邊多啲❤️🔥超足料!▪️鐵板燒鰻魚個皮燒得好酥脆,連平時少食鰻魚既我都覺得好食!▪️時令貝類個蟶子一啲都唔韌,燒得啱啱好,無沙之餘爽口又彈牙,仲有櫻花蝦鋪面添👍🏽▪️燒野菜連菜既擺盤都好靚!有木魚茄子🍆、燒南瓜、車厘茄、露筍、蓮藕、粟米仔同蕃薯仔
