To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 冬蔭功豬頸肉金邊粉Order左唔夠30秒就有，一上索哂水咁！！應該係人地order左唔要再比我既😒😒金邊粉份量好多，食唔哂；麵底唔彈牙，好乾，似放左好耐，漲哂😒😒冬蔭功湯底唔夠辣，唔夠酸。豬頸肉薄切，係全碗野最好食架喇⋯泰式燒野菌茄子上面加埋芝士焗，但茄子都唔入味。脆炸素春卷3舊要20$ ，以為貴少少質素應該好D😅原來普通料，饀少，素。😅😅😅海南雞飯普普通通，油飯比較乾。雞⋯唔算老。菠蘿特飲但事實得兩舊細菠蘿😂就普通一杯咸梳打。啤酒花咸檸檬梳打睇圖都知伏~

是日星期六，天氣又非常炎熱，根本就完全唔想周圍去！ 一於喺屋企hea下，睇下電視就算。睇睇下發現，又夠鐘食飯。為免行太遠，最後都係揀返喺附近商場食就算。見時間尚早，門口冇咩人，啊媽又話食唔厭，於是就黎咗lee間漁樂！一入黎就俾幾杯水，水冇水喉味，反而有淡淡檸檬清香，加分！餐牌都算幾多選擇，有小食，沙律， 湯，雞類，海鮮類， 亦有炒飯麵，冬陰功類， 最欣賞係有埋粉面，可以俾你一個人幫襯又得，成家人散叫叫餸亦得，得咗！今日我地決定每人一個main course。 分別係火車頭雜錦金邊粉， 海南雞飯。火車頭金邊粉湯底偏鹹，比較濃味。 裡面有豬肉丸，札肉，肥牛。 材料算幾足，最欣賞係個豬肉丸，居然有淡淡蝦醬味，好食！金邊粉尚算彈牙，我俾4分！至於啊媽個海南雞飯都唔錯。雞油飯充滿油香，雞肉幼嫩，配上濃濃甜甜ge醬油，好食！唔算太貴，又近近地，食物質素唔差， 我地應該會成為 常客！
