屯門友極力推薦日本人主理嘅赤橋拉麵,不過望咗好耐廚房同waiter都冇一個似日本人,嘻嘻! 不過如果拉麵係好食,唔好理係咪日本人主理!我哋去到完全唔洗等位,不過坐低五分鐘之後就開始有20+人開始排隊。店舖相店內牆壁畫到五顔六色,好似令人好愉快同埋入咗幼稚園咁~每張枱旁邊都有一張畫教你正確食沾麵嘅方法~Caution WET FLOOR sign,但係店內外都冇濕滑嘅地方~餐牌,我哋叫咗海老豚骨湯拉麵同埋桃汽水~請留意額外追加部份,其實加叉燒2枚只係$15,抵到爆~~海老豚骨湯拉麵$83,我想講食拉麵最緊要就係個湯頭,咧碗湯厲害之處係好似飲咗千噸蝦入口咁,湯頭非常重口味而且唔係好咸,好正!! 另外湯頭都好滑,因為佢哋係用做龍蝦湯嘅做法,最後加咗Cream落去湯,所以特別滑同提升蝦味,完全冇蝦同豚用嘅腥味,完全適合重口味嘅我哋~麵條好有筋度,咁會太淋,好味~~~流心玉子蛋白已經好入味,好好味~佢哋係厚切豚肉,雖然肉唔係好入味,但係沾湯一齊食,一流~~ 令我覺得好抵食,如果額外追加兩塊都只係$15,抵食~~~元朗姊妹店「鈴夏食堂」地址靜岡縣出產嘅桃味汽水$20,唔會太甜,好飲!* 食後感
