To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 活一鮮係其中一間覺得質素同性價比好高嘅日本菜,平時都係weekend或者夜晚食,weekday lunch食唔洗加一咁仲有咩理由唔食先!😋

打開本好熟悉嘅menu毫不猶豫咁揭去魚生飯果板,喂海膽魚生飯唔洗加一82蚊落樓😂唔諗直接舉手叫!午餐先上一個前菜沙律同麵豉湯短暫緩解左餓意先!食完前菜就啱啱好上魚生飯🤤海膽一啲腥味都無,亦都係我鐘意食果種入口即化嘅口感,另外仲有吞拿魚蓉,呢兩樣送醋飯食都係一流!其他嘅海鮮都夠冰涼同埋食得出似質厚實夠新鮮,魚生、醋飯、配菜醃蘿蔔、酸薑都好好食👍🏻
午市都算多人,要一至兩張枱排隊,不過餐廳見等候人唔多同埋出面真係好熱,就比我入鋪頭等🫶🏻

有海膽、三文魚、北寄貝、油甘魚&吞拿魚蓉,吞拿魚蓉加咗蔥花、豉油同埋wasab,加倍提鮮! 🤤👍🏻 全部刺身都好新鮮,飯微溫又大碗,抵食之選! 😝
3. 壽司:
火炙左口魚邊壽司($38/2件)
魚油味甘香,囗感嫩滑,入口即化! 😍 🤤 👍🏻 👍
活赤貝壽司($36/2件)
鮮味爽囗,師傅見其中一件壽司細啲,仲送多咗個活赤貝裙邊俾我,第一次食,比赤貝更加爽脆! 有驚喜! 😍

4. 網燒牛扒($98)
牛扒燒得剛剛好,一啲都唔老,再配埋個炸蒜粒同埋燒汁,好惹味!😜 我夾埋魚生飯嘅飯一齊食,味道剛剛好,不會太咸,送飯一流! 😆
這間餐廳雖然有樓上樓下,但舖面不大,去之前最好預約先。
如果要聊聊天,這間就不太建議,因人與人的距離近,會有點吵同聽不清。
不過我還是推薦各位去食一食!
海膽魚生飯 $78
這個飯好豐富,好像什錦一樣什麼都有,又大又足料,有海膽,三文魚,吞拿魚,北寄貝等。
醬燒三文魚飯 $70
這個飯好好味,喜歡食蛋黃醬,一定要食這個。三文魚配蛋黃醬是絕配,我個人覺得,完全不用點豉油。加上這4大塊三文魚(好似半熟?),真的又平又正的一餐!
menu都好多選擇,價錢都好大眾化,set lunch包湯同沙律。
本身以為海膽魚生飯得海膽同三文魚八爪魚夾啲蛋青瓜,黎到真係有驚喜,魚生有吞拿魚蓉、北寄貝、油甘魚,厚切三文魚,吞拿魚蓉真係食極都仲有,平民的價錢,就食到好多野,好滿足。
