近年如果要去吃海鮮,西貢勝記海鮮酒家是我們較常去的一家。從西貢碼頭步行過勝記約需10分鐘吧。位置稍偏遠西貢海鮮大街及市中心,感覺自成一角,反而沒有那麼“遊客feel”。餐廳獨佔整棟大樓,用餐環境舒適整潔。旁邊有個露天停車場。來到勝記,除了可以自選海鮮外,亦有多款由2位起的海鮮套餐,尤其當人數不多時也可以多吃數款海鮮。這晚一大班朋友再訪,就自選海鮮。除了重溫其中幾道勝記經典菜式外,也嚐到多款新推出海鮮菜式,很有新鮮感。先來「脆皮滑金磚」,即炸豆腐條。炸粉薄而香脆,豆腐仍極滑溜,很好吃。這是我們幾乎每次來勝記會吃的小食。勝記招牌菜式之一的「椒鹽鮮鮑魚」,炸得微微酥脆,鮑魚肉厚又軟嫩,鮮香美味。必吃推介!另一款前菜「涼拌蟶子皇」,蟶子皇肉嫩,蒜香味極濃。「豉油皇西貢內海墨魚」,墨魚片煙煙韌韌,配爽口韭黃芽菜一起吃,層次豐富。「上湯龍蝦炒球配龍頭」,厚肉龍蝦球啖啖肉。餘下的大龍蝦頭就安排二食,煮成「龍蝦頭爪泡飯」。泡飯味道亦相當鮮美呢。這日我們以極邪惡的方法吃瀨尿蝦!這新推出的「秘製瀨尿蝦皇」,是混合了椒鹽瀨尿蝦與黃金瀨尿蝦於一身。肥美的瀨尿蝦肉加上椒鹽的香辣配搭鹹蛋黃的鹹香,惹味得很。接著吃
