深海池魚刺身($78),採用魚腩最肥美既部位,肉質顏色呈鮮嫩粉紅,肉身軟腍,近皮位置肉質結實,兩者結合一齊咀嚼口感豐富,配麵豉醬用鹹食方法幾創新,但確實都幾夾。赤貝刺身($58),超爽口,每咬一口都有“索索”聲感覺,唔捨得一口食晒,慢慢逐少逐少細味。磯燒帆立貝($68),先食淨食帆立貝一少口,肉質鮮甜而且炙燒過帶點焦香,跟住再用紫菜包住食,真正外脆內軟既感覺,加上調製過既辣粉,辣度適中唔會太淡冇辣味,亦唔會太強搶過帆立貝既鮮味。左口魚邊壽司($96),魚既油脂含量非常高,入口有溶化既感覺,非常肥美,木魚碎有中和作用。蟹膏豆腐($48),細細粒一口一粒,濃郁既蟹膏味在口腔徘徊,豆腐同樣係炙燒過帶焦香。花錦魚生丼($188),一碗丼飯已經用上左13款材料,全部切成絲或粒狀,所以係攪拌後進食,咁就每一啖都幾乎可以食晒咁多款材料。夢之丼($298),食哩個丼飯前,店員推介可以先飲一少口橙醋,我覺得有助清除口腔餘韻味道同埋有d醒胃作用,夢之丼用左7款材料,每款材料都光澤證明新鮮上盛,而且魚生都係厚切啖啖肉好肥美,當日牡丹蝦轉左大拖羅,色澤呈鮮粉紅,油脂一入口已經即刻溶化,海膽顏色亦都呈鮮豔,味道
