錦滷雲吞,過份傳統喇喎﹗細細粒肉仔配大大塊雲吞皮,我要大大舊肉餡細細塊皮架。都唔明點解有朋友要大大塊皮,要豆丁咁細既餡。傳統清淡錦滷汁,微酸微甜不會太濃,少少青紅椒洋蔥味道,悶悶的靜靜的。清炒菜芯,簡單就是美﹗少少鹽少少蒜酥吊吊味,食材鮮爽甜嫩已極具美味!凍檸蜜,天然靚蜜糖,大啖吸啜滋潤透心涼。啫啫雞煲,無豬膶既?無豬膶都係啫啫?只能說是薑蔥爆雞吧,雞皮竟然係脆架喎﹗我想食粉粉的蒜子,但無蒜子提供。雞肉醃味清新,肉嫩吸引美妙,無法挑剔﹗其貌不揚,但食味一流。紅棗糕,要預訂的自家製糕點。已經沽清無一底買呢,好采仲有四件散賣剛剛夠分。食得出非一般手工出品,匠心獨允手藝超卓,軟綿鬆軟啖啖都係紅棗肉,似年糕味道,但更鮮更清新。宜人的甜,不濁不膩,難得難得。老闆娘突然走近稱大財團有意挖角,想買斷師傅帶埋秘方做此紅棗糕,不過師傅一口拒絕,嚮往自由真香港人!懷舊狗仔粉,還以為跟十八座一樣係腍啤啤碎濕濕粗麵,竟然係銀針粉,實在太喜歡亦太感動了﹗先灼汆出透徹乾淨不油膩,烹煮得宜滑嘟嘟帶香甜麵粉香。鮮甜湯底靈魂所在,有老媽客家的味道,菜甜蝦米咸鮮冬菇幽香雞湯清新,全部灌入一滴不溜。釀豆腐湯,釀豆腐及爽甜生

清蒸馬友,不容置疑蒸煮出色,嫩滑緊緻雪白魚肉,天然魚甜味在齒舌間遊走。蔥花魚汁淡豉油撈埋白飯釀入嘴仔,美極妙哉。腐乳蒸排骨,腐乳醬調得濃稠,咸香撲鼻不嗆不濁,啜得起勁,肉質有趙頭,撈飯一流停不下來。炸豆腐,炸得透徹鬆化,乾爽外脆內嫩,陣陣豆香極香口,無得彈。
松茸黑蒜湯,清淡中飲到神秘黑蒜味,甜中帶點酸帶點咸,醇美追住飲。松茸黑蒜湯、滷水鴨片、北菇鴨汁魚唇、兩碗絲苗香飯,味味精彩滿足到不得了!獨居老人的殷物,柔和湯水配搭巧手小菜浮現住家的味道。雖然有食客反映平凡無奇,但非常合我心意,鯨吞兩碗飯都未能平息我的衝動!本想點雙滷水鴨掌做飯後甜品,但剛被隔枱搶先吃掉,陰鬼功。
北菇鴨汁魚唇,極奇爽甜的菜芯伴碟。北菇的骰有趣爽彈滑無比,魚唇彷似魚翅裙邊,充滿海味鮮甜,膠黏爽質地十分高檔,蠔汁完全滲透,直頭一小片可以送半碗白飯。滷水鴨片,其貌不揚看似乾爭爭,但鴨肉味濃不羶。滷水清香非凡,嚥韌瘦肉配爽脆油香鴨皮,無論如何都要食多兩啖飯。
滷水鴨片炸豆腐,墊底的炸豆腐亦不甘示弱,索盡滷水鴨汁,鬆化微脆,外香內嫩,搭乘鴨片齊齊塞入,食得我舔舔脷。雲苓白术扁豆衣鱆魚粉葛湯,清爽舒服淡淡然的味道,飲完生龍活虎、渾身是勁﹗清湯牛腩,腩肉鬆化滑滑味道清香,蘿蔔非常清甜,軟腍爆出可口湯汁,吃掉整碗飯,湯汁一滴不漏被消滅。
陳皮鴨腿湯,極濃豉油滷水湯汁滲入鴨腿內,肉質結實而乾,嚥嚥韌韌,雖然啖啖肉但欠肥美彈滑。味道過濃難以作湯飯,先試兩啖都係吃不消。五珍湯:靈芝、姬松茸、舞茸、猴頭菇、蟲草花,不含半粒味精的靚湯,補身補健,清淡有益,熱騰騰越飲越好味。金蠔皮蛋瘦肉粥,瘦肉竟然係肉碎,嚥韌而味道偏淡,幸好粥底有微微肉甜,搭著可口皮蛋享用仍是不錯。金蠔肥美鮮味透頂,甘香滋味,鬆軟滑滑回香不斷。
豉油皇炒麵,芽菜無草青味連我都食得到,爽爽水潤只不過甜味不足。生老抽比例巧到好處,咸香不濁,麵質軟彈。豉油皇炒麵撈金蠔皮蛋瘦肉粥,最愛麵條拼粥水,麵跟粥可遠係天生一對﹗滾熱辣地融合,將威力發揮極至,味道提升千倍萬倍,食得津津大味。
椒鹽豬扒,苦等十幾二十分鐘,終於隆重登場。外層微脆咬到索索聲,堅得堅正﹗肉質有咬口,味濃非常出色,配碗菜飯必定不得了﹗看得到的肉汁閃閃發光,外脆內軟美味的選擇。老黃瓜赤小豆排骨湯,不太喜歡黃瓜湯,明白有益都照要吧﹗清淡無味精,熱熱灌入暢快。生滾魚片粥,早粥比夜粥好食得多,有滾水味既?加過水嗎?粥底非常淡近乎白粥味,少有的要我加豉油增味,魚肉有點鞋有點魚鱗。
京蔥燒魚,煎封到金黃色,貌似飛起一樣狀甚生猛﹗魚皮焦香極鬆脆格外索汁,晶凝通透紅燒汁,香甜帶著清新京蔥芬芳,魚肉細嫩,淨食可口,撈淡口粥食同樣一絕。北菇螺片魚唇雞湯,菇味特濃又突出,濃郁雞味魚唇味緊隨出動,黏厚的湯汁格外可口,清新住家湯味道,柔和輕甜熱熱不停灌大滿足。
滷水拼盤:牛舌、墨魚、生腸,軟綿清香牛舌片,嚥韌甜美墨魚薄切,爽脆清甜鮮生腸片。上湯伊麵,等了又等遲遲未到,隔離四眼肥仔遲來先上岸,已經啜得如火如荼殊殊聲喇!苦候多時終於登陸,滾熱辣看似腍啤啤,大大口吸入竟然彈滑,完整幼幼長啜長有,上湯散發陣陣菇味雞味可口美妙。拖著大量辣椒油狠狠地吸啜,刺激醒神惹味無敵﹗微辣帶甜,香香的帶少少花椒味道,跟伊麵無比匹配。
