大時大節與家人生日,吃甚麼慶祝向來是最困難的決定。這次家姐生日加上母親節,還是由我付費,一餐過慶祝晒就最好不過。既然一家三位其中兩個在中上環上班,在這附近找吃自然是最方便的吧。平時吃放題不外乎吃90分鐘或2小時,每次也像吃得趕頭趕命,辛苦的要命。難得看到浦和供應的不限時放題,任坐任吃,自然吸引了我們的目光。由6pm-11pm的不限時放題,除了基本的精選放題外,還有升級、極上及超級放題三種吃得更多、喝得更多的貴價放題,而我們選的則是升級放題($338/位)。有別一般放題有十多張分門別類的點菜紙任剔,浦和用的方法則較為簡單,客人在同一款點菜紙上自行填寫食品的編號及數量,感覺較為環保。先來些罐裝飲品,還有那柚子蜜少得可憐的熱柚子蜜。不久店員便送上第一道食品了。每枱升級放題均附送升級刺身拼盤一客,但細看來其實大部份刺身都可在能點選的項目中找到。當中以帶子及甜蝦最為鮮甜,鮑片及劍魚腩的清爽也算討好。雖然有放題較少見的三文魚腩,可惜不夠肥美。至於海膽,質素只屬一般。其他刺身則點了翡翠螺、油甘魚、白玉豚及希靈魚,當中以白玉豚的爽甜最令人動容,厚肉大粒的翡翠螺也嚼勁十足!放題不吃飯是我家的奇慣習慣,但
