To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日午飯去幫襯就預左排架啦不過估唔到排咁耐o者!好味既嘢當然值得排隊而我和同事一行3人由12:25分排到13:06分至有檯,今次都算係排得最耐既一次,不過可能小編次次去都係一個人或二個人、好少三個既、確實3人檯真係好難等到,偷聽到個職員都呻話好慘好難安排到3位入,我完全明白既,雖然我唔係做老細、但講真邊個唔想爭分奪秒一有位就入客賺d先?唔通真係空左張2人檯然後等到天昏地暗吖隔離d茂粉又唔走,都真係好難做。拿,所以小編次次都係極速食完走人、電話都唔會玩、食評離開左之後至搞,小編我都唔想阻人發達、阻人發達尤與殺人父母架!
之所以今次等🉐️咁耐原因除左3人位比較難等之外、仲有一個非常直接因素就係:冇公德心既食客!觀乎小編既觀察、發現冇公德心既人大多係1)港女2)港男為左溝佢對面條港女不停o係度吹水 3)師奶ol 講是講非當呢度係酒樓any肥小編予以強烈譴責呀
但呢度既食物水準又真係完全完全冇因為人多到癲而差左,仍然維持極佳水準、基本上呢間嘢係我食過任何時段去幫襯都係咁既質素和水準,確實非常難得既。好抵讚呀!
真心希望午飯時段比多少少公德心啦、灣仔要搵吹水地方其實唔難既,例如星x克和太平洋、轉個彎就到啦、想唔比錢既咪返公司pantry囉
講返點解我咁like佢,原因🈶️4個
1)醬油出色、唔太鹹唔太甜、剛剛好
2)唔油膩(相比起順x)
3)飯軟硬剛好(唔似蛇竇咁用埋d隔夜米碎)
4)蛋夠滑夠香,始終用日本蛋係正既
除左滑蛋蝦仁飯,小編都試過佢既早餐、一樣好好味道,蛋仍然超級滑不過沙爹牛肉麵既湯底even我已經轉出前一丁麵連湯粉、仍然略嫌佢太淡囉
雖然佢長期人龍尤其係lunch time時間,不過都無損我去幫襯既決心!
大概是午市實在太滿座,這裏用餐時間有限時30分鐘,因此我們以閃電速度點了這裡馳名的滑蛋蝦仁飯,同事則點了她的最愛番茄湯底通粉加豬仔包。
滑蛋入口滑嫰、保持著應有的水準;蝦仁爽口彈牙,配合青蔥,口感清新。最值得一讚的是那個醬汁,有點像甜醬油(好像也有一點蠔油),更加襯托出蝦仁鮮味,非常有意思!
試了一下同事最愛的番茄通粉(其實她是想改米粉的,如果想轉可以跟店員說)。番茄湯底酸度適中,夏天吃這個倒也挺fresh!
午餐來講,旺記是茶餐廳之中不錯的選擇,價錢適中、味道也非常好
