To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

為咗避過人潮，所以早少少去食，唔駛排隊就入得。Menu 啲相好靚，諗咗好耐，終於決定要滑蛋豬扒丼，滿心期待，等等等等等等.......超過半個鐘都未見影，落單時又冇講話要等幾耐，隔離枱遲15分鐘嚟，嘢食晨早到齊，於是就同waitress 姐姐講，跟住個飯即到。個滑蛋飯真心好食，100%滑蛋，配埋個飯好正，唔係出面食嗰種好似漿糊嘅物體；但塊豬扒真係......只能說係天與地，層皮炸得麻麻地，加上吸晒滑蛋嘅水份，唔夠香脆；入面就冇乜味，冇豬扒應有嘅質感，好似食緊雪藏豬。Overall 只能說不過不失，除非忽然想食滑蛋飯，如果唔係唔會專登去食。

星期五7:00左右去到, 門口已經有一堆人, 我地4大1個BB等大枱, 唔算等左好耐, 20分鐘左右就有位啦~~座位OK, 唔算太迫 上菜速度都算快 我地 ORDER 左:- 玉子燒- 鹽燒雞腎- 牛肉烏冬- 滑蛋豬扒飯- 吉列雞扒定食 (側邊D沙律菜加埋D汁一齊食好味~~)
