2014下半年是我的挑戰時期,第一次離家到國外住4個月的交流生活在8月18日晚展開,在當天下午一家人到了我想嘗試的米芝連餐廳作Farewell Lunch......新穎的搭配讓我有所驚喜,淡淡的芥茉香和有嚼勁的雞腳筋讓人不能停下來!愛素菜的我當然要嘗嘗這裡的名物之一,果然沒有失望,香濃的南乳醬沒有過往太鹹的弊病,和健康的蔬菜在一起讓吃肉獸也欲罷不能!也許是期望過高,反而沒有想像的好吃,當然也是合格有餘,相反墊底的豆腐成了主角,滑嫩附有豆香而不過鹹,大家爭相搶吃!雖然不是出名之作,但畢竟是我最愛的食材,當然要過過口癮!連拍三張的用意是表明不論份量還是用料都十分讓人驚喜,新鮮的蠔仔味完全滲入經過長時間的熬煮粥底,就算量多也能完全KO!又一道我的任性之作,雖然清甜但沒有太入味,當清清口腔吧!味道不錯,可是到最後有點油膩之感,不算最佳!近日愛上吃蛋的我當然不能錯過,可惜也沒有讓人深刻。
