《阿鴻》由差不多十多年前在觀塘返工開始,已經係我心目中鹵水系列既不二之選;個人黎講,返放工之後去咗中環再去大角嘴,幫襯《阿鴻》既機會少左;突然網上傳聞老闆退休在即,亦無意再續約最後既觀塘店,立即 call 齊家人去食番餐回味再回味!點左蒜香雞,炸蠔餅,蔡瀾撈麵,鹵水鵝片,啫啫芥蘭煲,素鵝六款菜。咁黎阿鴻,就梗係講講鹵水既喇。之前有OpenRice 網友提到鹵人冇味或淡;我哋都試過外賣有呢個情況;不過今次堂食水準就番曬黎。素鵝將鹵水既味道推到極致。一入口有陣甘,之後有陳皮八角既味道,口腔有陣餘韻,素鵝本身冇乜味但非常滑,好野黎。鹵水鵝片冇骨,厚度適中,鵝片底有鹵水豆腐。蠔餅個炸醬超級脆,熱上,成碟好多蠔仔粒,不愧為鎮店之寶。唯一不足,留意到碟底比較多油。蒜香鷄 (半隻)上菜靚仔,差唔多已起曬骨,鷄滑又啖啖肉,好多炸蒜粒,啲鷄好似豆腐咁冧,在座老人家都讚。七位食咗一千埋單,難得位位各有所好,今餐相當滿意。總結: 《阿鴻》好野黎,若果真係結業,實在非常非常非常可惜。

蔡瀾撈麵上先,鵝油好豐富,令到個面好滑好有油香。

滷水拼盤中規中矩,反而雞肉好食過鵝肉。

最驚喜係素鵝,素鵝皮係腐皮,皮好薄好滑,滷水又唔鹹。整體來講恰到好處,非常之有驚喜,係我食過一生人中最好食嘅素鵝!

整晚侍應姐姐嘅服務態度都超好,不單止有禮貌,仲不斷幫我哋加水,非常之估唔到。

雖然價格就偏貴,兩個人買單都五百幾蚊,不過素鵝我係會encore嘅!

2022.09.21 慶生飯又來一個米芝蓮餐廳。這次是位於觀塘鴻圖道的潮州菜。撈麵的醬油鍋氣味有點重,有小蝦乾,芽菜與麵的份量差不多。鵝肝很入味,有淡淡的鹵水香,雖然沒有入口即化,但口感軟綿黏滑,可以一試。千層腐竹,每層都很入味,而且鹵水不鹹,味道剛剛好。值得一試鵝片份量還可以,肉質嫩滑入味。元蹄賣相不錯,但有騷味。墨魚口感彈牙,是推薦吃的。蠔餅火候控制得不錯,吃起來很脆,但蠔的分量並不多。十分推薦這個芥蘭非常鮮嫩,沒有菜渣。聞到杏仁香,吃不到杏仁味。感覺就是吃了一碗豬肺老火湯。份量可以夠兩個人分。店舖整體鋪面不大,有兩三間房,但因為係板間房月,所以隔音不是太好。鹵水可以一試;撈麵個人覺得有點油;湯味道還可以,用料也是不錯的。這間米芝蓮餐廳的店鋪裝潢一般,但價格上算是比較平民化,不過店內人手是真的嚴重不足,叫點菜也叫了幾次。

米之蓮五星級,本人都食咗好多間,每一間都有佢嘅特色,但係這間我覺得不外如是,我叫了一個素鵝,鵝片拼豬大腸,豪餅,蠔仔粥,一個白飯,埋單$600,其實唔算貴,但係食物冇乜驚喜,素鵝本身係齋菜,滷水汁淡味少少,我覺得合理,但係滷水鵝片拼豬大腸,又係用這個汁,問題就出現了,感覺完全冇味,尤其是滷水鵝片,雖然好滑,但係切得非常厚,感覺好似食無骨鵝肉,豬大腸是最正宗,蠔仔粥最搞笑,完全冇大地魚味,反而這間餐廳用了冬菜,雖然味道算不錯,但係收$88,大地魚都冇,好似過分少少,煎豪餅不過不失,食到尾聲,侍應幫我哋加啲茶,呢個係全場最搞笑嘅地方,五星級食府加茶比客人,居然用大排檔,用來洗碗的水壺,試問一間五星級食府,難道一個好少少嘅水壺都冇,其實潮州舖頭,辣椒油都好重要,這間餐廳只係用啲有顏色嘅辣椒油,完全冇辣椒油味,差啲唔記得講,滷水鵝片拼豬大腸,點解會俾啲食燒肉嘅黃色芥辣我,如果這間公司的管理層,睇到這段食評,應該好好改善!

米之蓮五星級,本人都食咗好多間,每一間都有佢嘅特色,但係這間我覺得不外如是,我叫了一個素鵝,鵝片拼豬大腸,豪餅,蠔仔粥,一個白飯,埋單$600,其實唔算貴,但係食物冇乜驚喜,素鵝本身係齋菜,滷水汁淡味少少,我覺得合理,但係滷水鵝片拼豬大腸,又係用這個汁,問題就出現了,感覺完全冇味,尤其是滷水鵝片,雖然好滑,但係切得非常厚,感覺好似食無骨鵝肉,豬大腸是最正宗,蠔仔粥最搞笑,完全冇大地魚味,反而這間餐廳用了冬菜,雖然味道算不錯,但係收$88,大地魚都冇,好似過分少少,煎豪餅不過不失,食到尾聲,侍應幫我哋加啲茶,呢個係全場最搞笑嘅地方,五星級食府加茶比客人,居然用大排檔,用來洗碗的水壺,試問一間五星級食府,難道一個好少少嘅水壺都冇,其實潮州舖頭,辣椒油都好重要,這間餐廳只係用啲有顏色嘅辣椒油,完全冇辣椒油味,差啲唔記得講,滷水鵝片拼豬大腸,點解會俾啲食燒肉嘅黃色芥辣我,如果這間公司的管理層,睇到這段食評,應該好好改善!
