前幾日黎深水埗覓食既時候,入左呢間門面幾吸引既無二三食個晚飯~見到有樣野叫螢光魷魚($58)以前未食過就叫左黎試下,仲以為舊魷魚係咪真係會螢光咁既顏色,哈哈個味道都幾好喎,鮮甜亦有d海水鹹味咁,口感似食緊刺身咁新鮮,爽脆彈牙,但上網睇返原來螢光魷魚係醃漬過既!又要左個鐵板蒜片乾蔥大蝦($88)~塊鐵板上枱果陣熱到渣渣聲,香噴噴咁,望見都好正,食落都好滿意,大蝦蝦肉爽口~成條火炙醋鯖魚($58)都比較少見,通常出面都係拎黎做壽司~ 炙燒味好香,火喉控制得幾好,個魚皮炙燒得金黃微脆,魚肉既質地仲好軟綿嫩滑,唔會燒到乾爭爭~鯖魚醋醃過個味道亦唔會過酸~連伴碟既沙律菜都幾新鮮~見d食評話烏冬好味,就叫左青咖哩雞肉炒烏冬 ($82)~個烏冬口感好好,雞肉係用左雞脾肉,肉質唔會"鞋",仲有唔少翠肉瓜薄片同甘筍絲,好豐富~青咖哩汁既濃稠度亦都岩岩好掛烏冬,令每啖烏冬都均勻沾上青咖哩汁~最重要係個青咖哩汁辣度好溫和,惹味得黎又唔太辣,仲有好香既椰漿味!最後,個FRIEND已經話好飽食唔落,但我堅持要叫埋呢度既甜品試埋,柚子檸檬 無二三。烙芙($58) 個卡士達醬質地好軟滑,酸酸甜甜味道清爽, 甜度恰到
