朋友同我都冇時間去日本旅行,但又掛住日本嘅鐵板燒,好在香港都有高質素嘅鐵板燒餐廳,餐廳裝修新淨,座位寬敞舒適,選定咗Dinner Set,餐廳就開始慢慢上菜,火炙鰹魚青木瓜沙律沙律有火炙鰹魚、蘆筍、沙律菜、青木瓜、羽衣甘藍和車厘茄,鰹魚火炙過特別香,沙律菜也很新鮮爽脆,配上柚子沙律汁,味道酸酸甜甜好開胃,日本帆立貝帆立貝上面係三文魚籽,再上面係食用紫蘇花,下面湯汁係鰹魚汁,帆立貝好厚身,厚肉鮮甜,煎過,配埋鰹魚湯汁,味道更惹味,又不會過鹹,日本粒貝粒貝味道鮮甜,口感爽脆,配嘅係日本雞冠海草,雞冠海草冇乜味道,但配搭粒貝一齊食,口感就會更豐富,瀨尿蝦配南非活鮑魚南非鮑魚南非孔雀鮑魚,超大隻,一斤三頭,右邊嘅係鮑魚肝臟,比較濃味,建議後食,配菜有三文魚籽,同埋紅綠雞冠草,醬汁係海苔忌廉汁,鮑魚鮮甜彈牙,厚身啖啖肉, 沾些海苔忌廉汁,有紫菜的香味, 坦白講即使不沾任何醬汁,這隻鮑魚實在新鮮,就咁食都鮮甜彈牙,勁好食!斑馬瀨尿蝦沙巴斑馬瀨尿蝦,好大隻,上面有一朵可供食用嘅玫瑰花,瀨尿蝦好多肉,肉質好嫰滑,超鮮甜,香煎法國鴨肝配無花果意大利黑醋汁,鴨肝煎到啱啱好金黃色,師父一路煎,一路聞到好香,
