又到咗天氣轉涼的季節,最好就係去食下啲熱野,雞煲、羊腩煲、酸菜魚等等都係呢啲天氣必食嘅菜式👍今日出去九龍城,去我平時都有幫襯開嘅一間食店,佢嘅酸菜魚同埋川味小炒非常有風味每次嚟到必定點嘅酸菜魚😍魚片厚切,有口感;湯底酸酸辣辣之餘,仲有花椒八角之類嘅藥材,令到湯底「酸」中有「辣」,「辣」中有「麻」,有風味😍呢個胡椒豬肚雞煲嘅湯底亦都非常香濃,有淡淡的藥材味、加上鮮嫩的雞肉,非常補身👍呢個鮮蝦滑,我係非常驚喜,因為入邊竟然有好多原隻蝦粒爽口彈牙有鮮味,必試👍新鮮炸響鈴,鬆脆之餘仲帶咗少少豆香味👍水晶粉炒得幾乾身,爽口煙銀,每次嚟都會叫總體來講,除咗鎮店之寶嘅酸菜魚之外,其他菜式都幾有風味,價錢合理,可以一試

總體來講,除咗鎮店之寶嘅酸菜魚之外,其他菜式都幾有風味,價錢合理,可以一試
