放工同朋友去試咗一間高級韓國菜餐廳,環境優雅,服務貼心。菜式由韓國當地大廚主理研發,用上濟州新鮮食材,真心高質。海膽生牛肉紫菜包飯紫菜卷上面放左生牛肉同埋超多海膽,海膽新鮮,生牛肉入口鮮嫩,上面加咗矜貴嘅魚子醬,每一口都感受到細膩嘅口感和豐富嘅層次。炸青陽辣椒釀豬肉青陽辣椒辣味適中,豬肉餡料多汁,炸至香脆,配搭蛋黃醬/辣椒醬,非常滋味。海鮮煎餅煎餅煎至金黃色,入口香脆,材料有蝦、帶子和魷魚等等,蝦肉質鮮嫩,帶子柔軟,魷魚有嚼勁,每一口都充滿住層次感,點少少特製醬汁提升海鮮風味。元祖蒜頭辣燉雞鍋(配芝士泡菜炒飯)湯底辣度溫和,落左好多蒜頭,蒜香味濃郁,雞肉燉得入味,肉質滑嫩,泡菜炒飯酸酸辣辣。
