為食兵團近日發現利園三期地牢原來有間中菜館「淂記」,某網購平台會員可專享晚市七折優惠,閒日黃昏四點至八點仲有歡樂酒酒飲,收工可以直落唔洗轉場,蕃薯uncle吹雞即有十人附和,私人飲食助理當然係立即登記做會員啦!經商場內嘅正門進入餐廳,食客必先行落多級樓梯。小肥會建議大家從新寧道入口搭𨋢落去,安全方便得多。「淂記」室內面積堅大,除咗私人廂房之外,用餐大堂都分好幾區,洋式嘅裝潢及合拼式餐枱似係咖啡廳多啲。酒鬼們五點鐘先喺高半層嘅酒吧區暢飲歡樂頭輪。主飲品牌共有九頁。人多最抵就係點選指定樽裝紅酒或白酒,因為打完八折仲送兩客酒吧歡聚小食。小食最平都要$68/客,即係慳多百幾蚊㗎!脆脆薯條($68):粗粗肥肥嘅薯條新鮮炸出,外脆內腍。椒鹽魷魚鬚($68):小食層炸皮就好香脆,無奈魷魚鬚本身偏韌,牙力唔夠的話唔好亂咁試。乾煸豬大腸($68):食落麻多過辣嘅豬大腸仍有少少餲味,個人並不推介。晚市散點餐牌共有十頁之多,中英對照,並附插彩圖,簡單易明。茶位費$20/位;前菜$22/碟。每個位都有齊備嘅自用餐具。馬蘭頭百頁千卷($80):以百頁包捲住嘅馬蘭頭清新爽嫩,一口一件極易入口,完全唔會食得好遴迍。
