,環保人仕可自備大盒,唔係就要收外賣盒或外賣袋錢。北京填鴨皮脆肥膏少,鴨肉柔軟香潤,招牌菜差不多枱枱都有點。十一人其實點咗一隻鴨,但因長枱難夾餸,Apple妹妹就細心安排咗廚房分兩盤上,下圖為半隻嘅份量。

銅鑼灣名牌商場新店「淂記」面積寬廣,環境企理,服務生誠懇好客。餐廳所提供嘅菜式集合咗不同種類嘅中菜,當中仲混入咗不少新潮元素,質素的確甚為參差,不過平均每人四百幾蚊由歡樂時光開始飲,仲包埋晚飯喎,價位好難有太高嘅要求囉,睇得出點解要用七折吸客嘅,所以結論係一試無妨嘅OK評,希望廚房團隊可以俾多少少心機作出改善。
