尖沙咀要食韓國菜,除了韓國街之外,附近還有不少有名的韓國餐廳,今晚就去了位於諾士佛台的「狎鷗亭」,開業多年,由韓國廚師主理,味道夠正宗。少見的韓式居酒屋,餐廳設有榻榻米式的卡位座,和朋友相聚一流!坐低後先上了六小碟,每一碟都好好食,之後老闆娘介紹了幾款好適合下酒的小菜。先來個🥩烤花肉 $278,選用了優質的西冷牛肉,牛味濃郁而且非常鮮嫩多汁,油花適中,配上生菜、生蒜片和秘制韓式辣醬,好味到爆登!第二道菜是🍲炒海鮮鍋巴 $198,鍋巴非常香脆,而上面鋪滿了多款海鮮,包括有蟹、大蝦、魷魚、青口、鮑魚等,份量都幾多,完全是海鮮盛宴!再沾上略帶甜味的醬汁,有少許似中式的蠔油味道,一樣好食😋 最後點了🧆炒雞珍 $180,其實是雞賢,炒得非常有鑊氣,用鐵板上夠晒熱辣辣而且香氣撲鼻。份量非常多足夠4人份量,用來佐酒一流👍🏻點了個Ginger High Ball $98 ,由Whisky 加上Ginger ale,有汽帶少少甜味更易入口。餐廳逢星期日、一有全單八折,而且開到零晨2-3點,絕對是深宵食堂,夜收工和朋友同事過來聚一聚就最好不過了!營業時間星期一至六17:00 - 03:00星期日17:00
