一所著名嘅北京飯店,曾榮獲香港米芝蓮一星,究竟有咩過人之處呢?老實講,食過之後覺得言過其實,價錢貴唔在講,性價比未算太差,食材係貴嘢黎嘅,每樣菜都好過同業少少,穩打穩紮,但係食唔出有咩咁勁。可能我對佢期望過高,到頭來有啲失望。不過點都好,我都要介紹番幾個餸嘅。煙燻桂魚 - 呢個係成晚最有特色,最值得褒獎嘅一道菜。魚片實淨唔散,煙燻味香而唔鹹,呢個配搭我都係第一次食,冇諗過燻製中式魚會有呢個效果,唔食其他嘢都一定要食呢個!醉雞,鹽水鴨 - 兩者都做得比同業高一線,肉質鮮嫩,但味道偏淡。醉雞酒香可以再濃啲,鹽水鴨除肉質軟嫩外無甚可評。鶴湖蟹影 - 呢個超有名的,攞哂獎,賣相勁。碟底藍色個啲啫喱係唔食得嘅,隻鶴都係唔食得嘅,食得嘅係成個cupcake咁個件,同埋隻可樂色嘅蟹。呢件名菜主要分三部份,底部係芋頭片捲成筒炸,頂個球就係超多蟹肉蟹黃mix,中間有片鍋巴。蟹肉mix個味做得好適中,濃郁嘅蟹味之餘,冇點醋都唔溜,鍋巴鬆脆,跟蟹肉一齊食,口感味覺一氣衝擊,將鍾意食蟹嘅人帶到高潮。咁可樂色嘅蟹係咩呢,原來係薑茶啫喱俾你驅寒,不過我就覺得唔夠薑囉。薺菜炒年糕 - 呢個算係我食咁多次炒年糕中最好

我承認我有就住叫餸,所以食唔到咩嘢名菜,不過都要成350+ 一位,以米芝蓮一星餐廳計,呢個價錢係合理,貨色就。。。比一般好少少咁啦。
