桂花魚嫩滑沒有骨,但水煮嘅湯汁太鹹,要加熱水先食得落,花椒麻味唔夠,其實湯入邊仲有豆芽、寬粉、秀珍菇,食完好飽肚。

總結:菜式多,服務好,環境舒適,餸菜大部份都係水準以上👍🏻做節食飯都好適合。

第一次寫食評,但這篇主要不是評價食物,其實本人想提醒其他食客在這餐廳用餐要小心被收多錢。當晚我們兩個人就在銅鑼灣東來順點了三碟菜一個甜品,幸好我叫菜前有計過下總數,所以才發現被收貴了。話說當時一叫完菜,餐牌就已被收走,之後食完飯埋單就覺得賬目怪怪地,但因為手上沒有餐牌核對所以不能即時肯定。埋單後服務員只回給我們信用卡簽單,並沒有連同餐廳單據一起給我們。因為本人一向謹慎,絕少計錯數,所以埋單後愈諗愈唔對路... 離開前上廁所經過正門,剛好看到reception有餐牌便好奇拿來再看看,最後發現我們點的其中一碟菜餐牌上標明$128,記憶中被收走的餐廳單據卻寫著$168,即是連加一收貴了$44。最後我們向埋單時那位男服務員詢問(以他穿的制服似是部長或經理級數),雖然最後該服務員有退回差額,但奇怪是他發現價格與餐牌不符那一刻,竟然沒有表現一絲驚訝或歉意,就好像處理慣常工作一樣,我們立刻心裡起了疑問,懷疑他是否一早知道,令人不禁擔心這店的操守... 本來沒有想過打這篇,就是因為那位職員的表現不尋常,今天又再次想起這事,所以決定寫下來,只希望下位食客在享用美食時,小心不要中招。

The lunch menu offer per person from two major categories, Shanghaiese and Guangdong.

Starts with appetisers, main and dessert. There were like 10 options to pick from the main and it takes me a while to decide.


Personally, I love all the choices from the Shanghaiese menu, be it the variety, flavour and taste


Especially the dried noodle with Spring onion, it looks mono and meatless, yet the fragrance and aroma was just tempting.


Steam bun is another must-have, the bun is soft and fresh!

We had picked sweet-and-sour fish fillet and veggie rice from the Guangdong menu, they taste ok but a bit too oily for me.
The sauce from the fish is quite artificial...

Will come back again but definitely trying rest of the options from the Shanghaiese menu.

$98 per person, and other charges are inclusive. Taking the close-to-panoramic sea view and enjoying the lunch for like 2 hours are totally worth it

We got two kinds of broth: the mutton broth and the Sichuan spicy broth. I'll admit that I mostly did the spicy one. I was a little disappointed in the broth. There was no numbing peppercorn flavor and it wasn't nearly as spicy as, for example, Megan's kitchen.

I believe the mutton platter (pictured) was $450 and we wound up getting two of them for 7 people. I didn't do the ordering so I can't say what different cuts are on the platter, but they are all very good.

They didn't seem to have a large selection of dumplings, but the ones we got were good. Pictured here are the mutton dumplings; we also got the mutton and scallion ones. Both were quite tasty, with a nice lamb flavor-- but I think I preferred the ones with veg as well. We got 2x of each kind of dumpling.

I don't recall what this was precisely. Tofu something? It was very good at soaking up the broth. We also got another thing that I didn't take a picture of-- iced tofu. I'd never had it before, or even heard of it, but my friends who had recently been to Chengdu said it was a common staple of hotpot meals they had there.

And while everyone else is a lamb fanatic, my favorite things in the meal were these: fried tofu skin and fresh noodles. The tofu skin was pretty standard: it soaks up the broth, then you eat it. While I was disappointed in the broth in terms of numbingness and spiciness, it was nevertheless flavorful.

I don't typically like noodles in hotpot. (a) I feel they get too soggy and (b) they have a tendancy of running wild and being difficult to retrieve. These noodles were great. After about maybe 3-5 minutes of cooking they were wonderful and al dente. They stuck together a little, so they didn't escape, but they were kind of difficult to transport into one's bowl. Still very worth it, I highly recommend this.

In the end, I thought the hotpot was very good. There were lots of great menu items for soaking up the broth, there were tons of lamb options (and we brought a number of lamb-o-philes with us). I definitely think it's worth going back and I might consider taking guests here in the future. The price is a bit steep: we paid about $450 a head, but remember, we drink like fish, and we stuffed ourselves, so you can probably get away for significantly less.
Other Info. : Not a lot of people there on a Saturday, surprisingly, but you should probably still make reservations.

東來順還是北京樓?我會選東來順~ 那管他有沒有米米蓮的星今次巧遇朋友話想食東來順,一行四人出發食填鴨!北京填鴨係我其中一個好鍾意食菜式,今次衝著填鴨而來,希望不要失望。填鴨兩食大概七百元,鴨很大,共切了兩大盤,切片方法是連肉厚切,食法正宗,外皮香脆,肉汁豐腴嫩口,估唔到咁大隻都咁juicy .正常食法係配薄餅包瓜,葱等配填鴨醬,唔知大家有無試過用鴨皮(不連肉) 加糖吃呢,告訴你,是另有一番滋味啊!最好選胸口脂肪較多的地方,你會吃到鴨脂的甘香呢!兩食最常吃鴨鬆,味道配得好好,有荀粒配合更爽口,但略嫌鴨鬆切得太大粒,似鴨肉條,但整體不俗呢度除左京菜,都有好多不同菜色,比較多原化我地仲叫左上海的百葉雪菜毛豆,清清淡淡,百葉軟身不會過硬,雪菜沒有過份清洗,令餸菜保留住雪菜那種獨特的鹹香,簡單的菜色但已做得比好多餐廳好!朋友叫了水煮魚上菜時大碟得令人驚訝,魚用上了桂花魚,更仔細地開肚拆開,放便食家,點了小辣,辣味剛好(嗜辣者可能不夠) ,麻味出色,水煮魚不會太油,而且餸菜很多,愈吃愈上癮!最後還有他們向來被推薦的甜品驢打滾 > 荔枝玫瑰糕> 流沙金球驢打滾上枱還暖,精心製作,薄薄

兩食最常吃鴨鬆,味道配得好好,有荀粒配合更爽口,但略嫌鴨鬆切得太大粒,似鴨肉條,但整體不俗
呢度除左京菜,都有好多不同菜色,比較多原化
我地仲叫左上海的百葉雪菜毛豆,清清淡淡,百葉軟身不會過硬,雪菜沒有過份清洗,令餸菜保留住雪菜那種獨特的鹹香,簡單的菜色但已做得比好多餐廳好!

朋友叫了水煮魚
上菜時大碟得令人驚訝,魚用上了桂花魚,更仔細地開肚拆開,放便食家,點了小辣,辣味剛好(嗜辣者可能不夠) ,麻味出色,水煮魚不會太油,而且餸菜很多,愈吃愈上癮!

驢打滾 > 荔枝玫瑰糕> 流沙金球
驢打滾上枱還暖,精心製作,薄薄的糯米皮包住薄薄的豆沙,精美細致,味道也很清,很有口感!
再吃荔枝玫瑰糕,荔枝和玫瑰這個配搭是絕配啊!口感清新
最後是很被推薦的流沙金球
剛炸起很熱很飽滿,煎堆外皮很薄,芝麻也很香,配上流出來的奶黃,一吃愛上,這裡的甜點果然做得仔細有驚喜!
相比北京樓,價位相約,食物選擇較多,鴨更大更多汁,而且環境都很好,大家先不要看他有無得到那一顆星,環境,服務和對食物的要求都值回票價!

除了吃得過癮的六月黃菜式,我們還選了份「東來順」得獎菜「鳳騰」($288)。鳳騰原來又是一道創新菜式,更拿下香港旅發局主辦的「2015年美食之最大賞」雞煲組別的金獎。連上菜的藍色鍋子亦都好美,店員說是從北京店運來的。

有別於一般雞煲,這裏的“雞件”是由預先去骨的雞肉、再混入蝦肉做成的免治肉丸。當咬下去更發現原來這些juicy又彈牙的肉丸內還加入爽口的軟骨,加上蘸滿香濃辣汁,無論食感和味道都好豐富!除了雞肉丸外,鍋子裡還有甜美的紫薯球和南瓜球等,配搭清新又健康。

而「薑汁湯丸」更是吃過六月黃、大閘蟹後自己習慣了必吃甜品。至少心裡上覺得可以驅驅寒,那就有更多quota可以再繼續吃六月黃,亦超期待過多幾個月後長成的大閘蟹~
