無論幾大雨,紅雨黃雨乜都好,嘢總係要食,風雨不改!既然個天咁黑,就去食日本嘢😂 呢度環境舒適,始終係新開,所以非常企理,啲凳都坐得好舒服,坐低咗唔想郁...一行3人,叫咗兩個鐵板燒餐,一個豚肉生薑燒餐牡丹蝦黑松露壽司新張期間,每日送40件,手快有手慢冇!如果牡丹蝦唔新鮮嘅話,蝦頭入面嘅膏都會係苦嘅,但呢隻蝦肉質爽滑甜美,啲膏都係鮮甜嘅,配合黑松露醬一齊食又出奇地夾,唔會互相搶去對方風頭芝士菠菜及茄子媽咪鍾意食菠菜及茄子,所以叫咗一個食。茄子乾身偏硬,口感非常好;不過整道菜鹹咗少少,加上芝士未溶得夠,變得有少少硬,唔可以拉成絲,失望咗豚肉生薑燒薑味唔係太濃郁,不過醬汁甜甜哋,配上洋蔥真係可以撈幾碗飯;豚肉都係肥瘦分明,一層肉一層脂肪,以一個人份量嚟講都算幾大三文魚牡丹蝦刺身兩件三文魚及一隻牡丹蝦,頭先一隻牡丹蝦當然唔足夠,好在鐵板燒餐入面仲有得食!三文魚超級肥美,脂肪分布均勻,入口鮮味十足;最驚喜嘅係連旁邊嘅海藻都非常新鮮,入口索索聲,忍唔住食晒鵝肝多士入口香脆,鵝肝汁啱啱被鎖住,多士盡吸煎香嘅鵝肝油,入口更覺鮮甜香口,不過食完一片之後已經膩咗一大半銀鱈魚話說我係好鍾意食銀鱈魚嘅,但兩年

媽咪鍾意食菠菜及茄子,所以叫咗一個食。茄子乾身偏硬,口感非常好;不過整道菜鹹咗少少,加上芝士未溶得夠,變得有少少硬,唔可以拉成絲,失望咗

話說我係好鍾意食銀鱈魚嘅,但兩年前喺間五星級酒店嘅日本餐廳食過銀鱈魚西京燒,當晚嘔咗7次之後,而家每次諗起銀鱈魚都會即刻感到不適。見到呢個餐有咁大條魚都幾開心,不過真係俾龍肉我食都冇味... 不過我都試咗一細啖,質感滑嫩,充滿油潤嘅感覺,成個口腔都係脂香... 媽咪好開心,成條幫我食哂.... 其實食完鵝肝都已經幾膩,再食埋呢條油潤嘅銀鱈魚,都真係會飽到食唔落其他嘢了

又有蝦!蝦頭又有好多蝦膏,煎香後特別香口惹味,蝦肉爽甜十分彈牙,肉與肉之間都夾住蝦膏,好味到不得了!

鐵板燒餐可以揀牛肉粒或薄燒牛肉,我哋揀咗兩款都試。牛肉粒燒得出色,熟度剛好,外層香脆,入面少少見紅但唔會太韌,加啲蒜片一齊食冇得頂!

牛肉味濃,肥瘦分明,肉之間有一條脂肪,就算唔想咁膩都可以選擇搣走條脂肪,配合蔥粒及蒜片,再點少少醬汁,雖然好飽,都係食哂

鐵板燒餐可以揀炒飯或炒麵,我哋又係揀咗兩款都試。用高溫鐵板炒出嚟嘅炒飯好香,唔係粒粒分明嗰種,質感非常鬆軟而且唔太油。雖然頭先分咗媽咪半碗飯,但係都成碗炒飯食晒...

我本身唔鍾意食炒麵,不過都試吓啦。佢炒得幾乾身,保持到麵條嘅彈牙口感,醬汁鹹度適中,所以呢個麵我又OK喎!不過到咗呢個時候都已經飽了... 綠茶厥餅+紅豆雪糕
仲有個甜品送!厥餅普通,不過紅豆雪糕就唔錯,啖啖紅豆粒充滿口感
