聽聞哩間嘅燒鵝好出名,假日LUNCH黎試下運氣。黎到舖頭門口已經有好多人,但佢地似係等娶緊外賣,然後發現竟然唔洗等位就即刻入座。嗌左個燒鵝脾瀨粉 $100 同叉燒油雞飯 $45燒鵝脾瀨好好好好好好食,一拎上黎已經見到面頭有一層鵝油,鵝脾個皮好香,肉又嫩,果然係脾位,100蚊都抵,食食下聽到鵝脾賣哂,當時只係十二點零,想試就要早少少去,如果唔係就會白行。瀨粉係我鐘意食啲質感,偏硬又有少少彈牙,個湯睇落好清但都好夠味,好鮮甜,唔係味精味。叉油雞都有驚喜,以為佢淨係鵝好食,估唔到雞同叉燒都好食,叉燒肥瘦適中,唔會太油,平時好驚叉燒個汁太甜但佢又唔會,個味調得啱啱好。豉油雞係因為冇白切雞所以轉,俾左雞胸位我,肉質一啲都唔鞋,唔錯,連埋蔥油一齊食真係人間美食,唯一唔好係個飯,加得太多水睇落好似OK但食落痴埋哂一舊咁有啲失望,燒味咁好食竟然敗喺個飯上面有啲可惜。但總括黎講哩間可以再ENCORE!
