To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於電話只可約6點和8點半,唯有收工入去等位啦!
大約等了半個鍾就可以入座,由於入座起計個半鍾,所以未等佢兩嚟到,我預先睇定食咩,預叫填鴨。。。到佢地嚟到即叫
唔知係咪坐正風口位,d餸好快凍,個半鍾真係就算無人趕食飽都埋單走喇
無叫套餐,因一行四大套餐得半只鴨,我哋一解片皮鴨隱一定要叫一只,所以散叫:叫咗,口水雞,水煮魚,萵荀絲,一只片皮鴨,牛肉煎餅,紅油炒手,炒飯
整體來講無以前咁好食,鴨涷咗有酥味
片好煙韌但比出面個啲來講有啲滯
茶香味濃,玫瑰茶
片皮鴨等左陣就到,好似十塊包皮左右,兩個人夠食,味道算係咁啦,鴨皮算脆,皮肉分離不過有少少油味,呢個價錢應該可以仲好食D
另外仲叫左
雞絲粉皮,正正常常都係麻醬撈,味道唔錯
醉雞夠味,酒味甜味都有,比想像中好
小籠包,一籠六粒,好味
炸豆腐,有西芹紅椒蔥粒,幾脆口
總括黎講算係咁,唔算太貴,兩個人食都夠飽,5百幾有幾樣野食,而且上菜都算快,不過不失啦
北京樓尼排主打蟹粉既小菜,蟹粉既份量都幾足,調味都岩岩好,蟹粉豆腐可以落後夜送飯,小朋友會好中意蟹粉小籠包既皮厚度岩岩好,入邊仲好多汁,食個陣要小心唔好俾d汁漏出。片皮鴨既皮好脆,好香口,青瓜同蔥都可以fill,包埋一齊食就唔會覺得好肥油膩。
今次食係因為最近片皮鴨做既半價優惠,如果計番正價,就會有小小貴,不過屋企人都好岩食,尼點好加分。
反而,今次Yoho 新開依間就無咁樣設計,係走時代點ge,有d唔慣tim
食物方面,我地叫左信用卡優惠套餐,都有幾多野食架有片皮鴨、燕窩羹、涼拌粉皮、青瓜炒豬蹄、小籠包、蝦球、斑球、津白,另加個椒爆羊肉,最後仲有馬豆糕甜品,而個小食都唔錯架(泡菜)有青瓜、黑木耳、毛豆、豆腐乾,幾開胃
涼拌粉皮味道唔會太濃,都算唔錯😋而個豬蹄都幾有咬口,但比較肥咁
而燕窩羹都算足料ge一人一碗無得再添食,小籠包得4隻,中間有個係紅色皮,食落味道好熟悉,但係好味ge,唔知點形容果種味
而因為我唔食蝦,所以要問友人覺得如何,其中一個愛好海鮮,佢都幾滿意,食到肉係爽唔會'梅'都算新鮮啦而個另加ge羊肉,食落幾野味,有點辣但唔會太過份,唯獨係油左少許啦
片皮鴨半隻,初時以為有專人黎切再上枱,原來響廚房切好灑ge🤣,皮方面都唔錯唔會太難咬👍🏼不過覺得配料可以再多點
斑球我係覺得最好食ge,因為肉質鮮嫩好好味肉碎同個汁唔會太濃味,無搶到魚個鮮味,如果可以多幾塊就好啦
反而,津白就不過不失啦😅唔會太咸,但無咩睇頭,普通蒜頭津白咁
中間,因為我不太好茶,驚訓唔著,所以有問佢可以俾杯水嗎,佢好好拎個新壺裝水同新杯俾我
最後,甜品馬豆糕就......唔係太鍾意啦🙈樣子精緻,初時以為南瓜糕
賣單都幾貴🤔但晚餐算係咁啦
