晚上相約朋友出嚟獵食,聽聞北角一間潮州打冷餐廳好評如潮,而且又夠就腳,一於去試試真偽!一入到嚟已經見到六塊大牌匾寫住餐廳嘅招牌菜:魚蛋墨丸﹑牛坑腩﹑滷水﹑蠔仔粥﹑凍花蟹,頭五項都算係潮州打冷常見菜色。哇,竟然仲有巴基斯坦咖哩,真係估佢唔到。內裡裝修基本類似一般茶餐廳,但牆壁和傢私都很新淨,估計新開張不久。第一道菜當然要試試潮州打冷嘅必食經典菜色一一滷水拼盤($128)。呢到嘅滷水拼盤分鵝類與非鵝類,鵝類包括獅頭鵝掌翼﹑鵝頭頸和鵝片。非鵝類則多很多選擇,鴨舌﹑大墨魚﹑五花腩﹑豬頸肉﹑豬手﹑大腸﹑大紅腸﹑滷水豆腐﹑滷水蛋…講得出嘅都有。我哋就點咗牛坑腩﹑鴨舌同滷水豆腐,呢間店嘅滷水汁唔會太甜,咸度亦剛剛好。半肥瘦牛坑腩,雖然相片睇落有好多紋理,但一啲都唔鞋口,相反非常之稔同入味,三樣裡面最推薦。鴨舌同樣入味,肉質入口即融,味道方面個人覺得偏咸。滷水豆腐冇影相,但同樣入味又大大塊,冇得輸!黃金煎蠔餅($49),本人一向喜好煎炸嘢,但好多時都食到一嘴油,呢個蠔餅冇呢方面問題之餘外脆內軟仲勁足料,蠔仔超多,點埋魚露真係食唔停口,而且$49係有兩大塊!抵食到爆!我比佢9分,若果內裡嘅蛋漿可以再稀少
