內容超豐富而且大盤,鹵水鵝肉質很嫩,鹵水汁不會太鹹,搭配酸酸的醬汁很開胃!
鵝腎跟別間的很不一樣,吃起來不似印象中硬,而是軟軟的,豬耳朵也是很厲害,脆脆的軟骨但外圈的肉又是軟糯,很推❗️

我太喜歡這個鮮度爆表的粥了❤️

蠔仔和肉碎的比例剛剛好,其中該湯底是以潮州正宗煮法以南薑、吊片和大地魚乾熬煮,蠔仔沒有腥味,湯鮮到都吃飽了還是忍不住再喝一口。

🔎下次來到香港,可以來打卡這間鹵水不含味精的鹵水潮州菜,值得一試👍

三個人幫襯晚市,我今日喺呢度食晚飯。因為上網見到人推,又話有米芝蓮連續七年入選,諗住無伏啦。去到唔使排隊唔使等,叫咗三樣嘢。第一滷水鵝片,鵝肉柴,老,唔滑口。第二川椒雞,雞肉唔入味,只係外面嗰浸偏鹹,仲要有啲老,唔知點做到。第三魚蛋煲,中規中矩正常,街邊貨色,唔值呢個價錢。雖然有名youtube食家alfred推過,我見到都慕名而去,但我接受唔到呢個價錢呢個質素,亦唔知米芝蓮點評分。結論好簡單:唔好去,唔好食,唔好同自己銀包鬥氣。希望以後潮洲菜唔會再食到呢個水平。如果大家有機會嘅就避開呢度啦。

好多人黎呢間餐廳都會推介食潮州菜滷水鵝,我呢,每次過嚟就一定要叫韭菜豬紅,唔誇張咁講佢係我心目中前三既豬紅,啲汁非常濃郁入味,豬紅爽彈又唔腥,呢個質感真係唔係咁多間餐廳做得到。價錢方面要75蚊一份,唔算平宜,不過師傅次次都裝到個外賣盒滿晒,絕對唔會呃秤我一個人都可以食晒成大碗豬紅,證明真係好食到舔舔脷!

純粹因為佢係米芝蓮 所以就試吓佢嘅滷味
講真佢既滷味係出色 有口感有擺款

我就試下鵝片同埋鵝腸飯
加上潮州特色解膩湯
真係好食 唔係hea 你果種豉油滷味
佢有味得黎有點清甜,完全可以做到油而不膩

不過美中不足嘅係佢坐位好窄,服務態度欠佳
好似全部都唔休做咁,再加上人手不足
所以如果你能成為嘅話係出色,但環境同埋服務態度真係好大改善
