今晚放工約埋個妹來到TC Bistro 吃晚飯,此店主打是食威靈頓牛柳及各式牛扒,可是我晤食牛肉,不過都有海鮮、燒春雞、意粉等多款的選擇,餐牌分成有頭盤 、小食、湯、沙律 、主菜及特別菜式等.......主菜可以另加$50轉套餐(有是日沙律、餐湯、麵包及飲品)先講下地方環境,四周的環境裝潢都有歐陸小酒館的感覺,牆身畫上牛的結構圖,列出牛的身體各部位,黑色的牆身放置了不少食物圖掛畫、餐具擺設等......天花懸掛了不少燈泡,酒吧有霓虹燈的招牌,再加上了深色硬皮的沙發及木枱,正在播放輕快的英文歌曲,感覺都好輕鬆又舒適。我兩人都各點了一份主菜,也另加錢轉了套餐,先來兩份是日沙律,今日是巴拿馬火腿沙律,除了雜菜沙律,當中加入了車厘茄、火箭菜等......配上了香甜的油醋汁,感覺非常refreshing ,沙律菜都好新鮮,再有一片鹹味甘香的巴拿馬火腿,也是倍感滋味。端上來有熱辣辣的是日餐湯,它是西蘭花忌廉湯,將西蘭花打碎煮成的忌廉湯,湯稠濃郁,質感香滑啖啖都好有西蘭花香的味道,再有軟熟微熱的麵包,塗上香軟美味的牛油,真是絕配。主菜方面我點了一份半隻龍蝦米多(lobster thermidor )
