今次系小妹第3次食omakase,正因為由廚師👨🏻🍳法辦,每次都採用最時令、最新鮮既食材,你永遠吾會預先知道下一道菜系咩💭,充滿神秘感🔮~楽壽司既用餐環境好和風🇯🇵,用左暖色既木做主調,令我覺得彷如置身日本❤️!而不得不提既系佢道好似隱藏左既門🚪,非常神秘,可能配合返omakase😆!坐低之後店員隨即送上熱茶同毛巾😊。Menu🍽~我地揀左Signature($1850)💜~好快就有小食喇!系鱈魚片配沙律醬,鹹鹹地、微辣,非常香口😙!螢光魷魚(左):前菜好精美啊!第1次食螢光魷魚🦑,原本好怕啲內臟會有怪味🙊。螢光魷魚食落好juicy💦,入面系佢既魚肝,texture好特別。配上醃製青瓜片🥒同醋味噌醬,食落味道香濃,吾會接受吾到啊😀!白蝦(中):蝦🦐一向系小妹最愛!鮮甜既白蝦配上黃色烏魚子,實在令人回味😋~真鯛魚春(右):呢個都系第1次食,味道比較特別,上面既蔥令腥味冇咁重🙆🏻♀️。師傅話食邊樣先次序無所謂👌🏻,小妹就由左至右食既,個人覺得真鯛魚春味道比較濃最後先食都系個吾錯既選擇😺~跟住落黎就會系刺身、壽司、刺身、壽司咁隔住隔住食👏🏻。鮫鰈刺身(前):鮫鰈刺身顏色超美的💕,粉粉白白咁,充

鰹魚刺身(後):鰹魚汁就成日食到,而鰹魚其實系點,小妹從來吾知🤣。鰹魚刺身配上洋蔥、大蔥、姜芽同酸汁,鮮味十足🌟!

雜果啫喱(後):啫喱有有薄荷味,幾refreshing🍀,個人覺得呢個甜品比較普通。
