銅鑼灣耀華街食肆臨立,當中更有兩座開滿食肆的商廈。「楽壽司」在較簇新的 Zing! 之內,步入餐廳前,要經過門外的一個小前庭。隨著木製的自動門打開,內𥚃時尚雅緻的裝潢令人耳目一新。 餐廳內部呈長方型格局,由入口開始向前行,兩旁皆是可供四至六人使用的卡座。在盡頭的地方是出菜的靈魂位置「壽司吧枱」,約提供十個座位。 近廚得食,能夠安座壽司吧枱的最大優勢,是能和壽司司傅多作交流,欣賞他們的手藝。與此同時,每件壽司即製即吃,亦能確保成品的最高品質。 適逢餐廳開業五週年,現正推出一份名為「Signature」的 Omakase 餐單,內含四切刺身、十貫壽司、生蠔,以及兩道熱盤等等。除此之外,隨餐更會送上一杯自選口味的 Gin Tonic。不要看輕這系列飲品,全部由得獎調酒師親自設計及調較。檸檬口味清新經典,並帶有少許柚子皮的香澀味。紫蘇葉口味葉香獨特出眾,在他店難尋值得試試。 正式開始品味,是晚的頭盤是螢光魷魚伴白蝦。螢光魷魚以醋麵豉調味,食感軟嫩,配合下方沾了醋汁的薄切青瓜片,整合味道微酸醒胃。至於白蝦,則簡單以柚子汁帶出鮮味,並輕灑少量烏魚籽於白蝦表面作點綴。 鱈魚片是十分常見的佐酒小

右口魚屬鰈魚的一種,體型比左口魚細小,肉質更軟嫩。右口魚亦因數量相對稀少,價錢可比左口魚貴數倍。在刺身片中,廚師夾上紫蘇菜及三星漬提味,和式風味十足。
