有親朋自遠方來,指明要食呢間由旅遊書推介嘅名店!當然要盡地主之儀喇小食方面,叫咗個餐廳推介 - 水晶肴肉,做得筋肉均衡,效果唔錯,但食落有欠肉味,好睇唔好食到咗店中嘅主打菜 - 特色小籠包,我哋先根據店中所教嘅三醋一鼓油調教醬汁,確實比單一嘅醋好味小籠包包薄,夾嗰時仲好驚會整穿添先倒出湯汁再倒入醋汁再食,但我就覺得小籠包嘅湯汁好小,肉都係麻麻地,所以都係有保留叫咗個唔係度度有得食嘅咸肉糭,上海特產,糯米用醬油撈好,涵係咸咸鮮鮮嘅肉絲,係幾好食嘅要醫肚就一定要叫啲飯飯麵麵!當然要紅燒牛肉湯麵啦!有一上檯就有啲失望,原本餐牌上有個小辣椒,應該係辣嘅,但從賣相睇,真係feel唔到先飲啖湯,普通嘅牛肉湯底,辣只喺得小小,失望麵質都可以接受,但牛肉就有啲韌 最後一個就係大肆俾報章宣傳嘅排骨蛋炒飯!排骨一啲都唔肥,煎得幾香不過太油,食完要即抹咀先得!蛋炒飯啲粉黃色,好水潤,但我都喺覺得炒得乾食會更好食感覺都係適合旅客嘅餐廳,噤嘅價錢同質素,我去到台灣都未必會幫襯
