以前我覺得鼎泰豐以嚴謹出品見稱, 所以我對今次服務和食品好失望, 虧他們還收$146/6粒 蟹粉小籠包。 以米芝蓮餐廳來說他們的服務說不上好, 員工很疲勞,沒有笑容, 回答人很機械式。

其實正常應該整籠換過,因為穿咗代表出品有問題, 只換一粒客人在吃完後還要等你新一粒上桌是甚麼道理?我想未來吃鼎泰豐只能到台灣。 作為香港人也很難喜歡香港的鼎泰豐。

適逢秋天係食蟹既季節,叫左一籠蟹粉🦀小籠包嚐鮮。有一塊黃色蟹形既粉團作辨別,除此之外,小籠包包皮會透出淡黃色!蟹黃好甘香,中和左豬肉餡既濃味,食多幾粒都唔怕滯!
至於一般小籠包,外觀有十八摺夠晒精緻,皮薄饀靚,熱辣辣有小小爆汁既效果,肉饀有鮮味,皮同饀既比例完美,再加上薑絲同醋,係口中融合得十分之好!

炒飯看似非常樸實無華,只有雞蛋🥚,蔥花,肉絲同白飯,無任何花巧之處。但炒飯炒得粒粒分明,每一種食材既原味都食得出,入口唔油膩,出乎意料地乾爽,伴隨陣陣蛋香同蔥花香,簡單既家常炒飯都好有水準🫶🏻
