這篇食評拖了又拖,原因係每次想上傳食評之際又再幫襯,之後又要將新品嚐的的菜色加入食評。拖到今天,不知不覺已經幫襯了三次,實在不能再拖下去,都係時候完成這篇食評了。除了返工食晏及平時夜晚唔想開爐煮飯的日子,甚少會光顧同一間餐廳超過一次;去了「盈福 28」三次,原因簡單:位於最愛流連的銅鑼灣、性價比高兼好味道、易搵位。第一次幫襯已經是去年10月,餐廳剛剛開業唔夠一個月,揀中它完全因為背景:由「盈福小廚」主理。雖然「盈福小廚」也只有兩年歷史,但烹調的傳統粵菜質素的確相當出眾;「盈福 28」價錢又唔算好貴,很自然地對「盈福 28」增添信心。英文名叫「Fortune Young」,顧名思義走年輕新派路線,裝修風格、定價及菜式也較親民。類似格局的粵菜小館近年開了多間,隨口數得出的有「飲茶」、「唐宮小聚」、走型格路線的「龍麵館」等。比較起來,「盈福 28」的裝修風格算是較為平實了;但開放式廚房一定不能缺少,還要有兩個,一個負責蒸籠點心、另一個負責鑊氣小炒。講起這類新派粵菜小館,造型獨特精緻的廣東點心當然是不能缺少的一環。最初將這類造型點心平民化的應該是「鴻星」,但效果麻麻;其後迪士尼「晶荷軒」成功地
