前排去尖沙咀剪頭髮,搵到間環境幽靜嘅印度地中海餐廳食午餐,整體感覺幾好幾新鮮。首先試咗佢哋嘅茅屋芝士球菠菜蓉咖哩,一粒粒嘅芝士浸係加咗濃濃印度香料嘅菠菜醬入面,香得嚟非常惹味。茅屋芝士亦相對健康,可以放心食多啲。印度煎餅方面,我同朋友試咗Roti,比普通Naan厚身同軟,接近麵包嘅質地。我哋揀咗扁豆粉香料麥烤餅,唔使點醬就咁食,已經香氣撲鼻,我哋仲點咗啲菠菜蓉咖哩一齊食,多重享受。主菜叫咗乳酪番紅花薄荷羊肉香飯,羊肉飯有好多大大粒羊肉,雖然大大鍋,但印度米比較輕身,唔會驚太飽。而且可以撈乳酪食,辣得嚟有少少甜甜地,味道幾特別。甜品就叫咗玫瑰糖蜜餞球,玫瑰蜜餞好香,食落甜甜地軟腍腍,好似日式和菓子,不過一啖呑哂之後發現原來係熱食,雖然辣親但係又幾好食。抱住獵奇嘅心態試咗Chaas呢個飲品,初入口有啲酸奶嘅感覺,跟住有啲鹹味,飲到喉嚨仲有啲辣,係一款好特別好多層次嘅飲品。
