太平館焗梳乎厘幾正宗嘅梳乎厘,因為佢入面真係好似食緊空氣,所以佢個外型非常大嚿,而外皮有質感, 佢嘅甜美都係集中喺梳乎厘的底部, 不過焗得燶咗少少。太平館紅燒乳鴿同平時係街度食到嘅紅燒乳鴿其實分別唔係好大, 而特別就特別在呢個汁, 係用乳鴿內臟調配出嚟嘅,味道淡淡但食落又幾特別。瑞士汁炒牛河佢個汁好濃郁好夠味,而啲河粉都炒得好香, 食到停唔到口吖。特別要讚一讚嘅係呢一個餐包, 啱啱出爐嘅包表面脆裡面好軟熟,暖笠笠暖笠笠啦啦啦啦!
